What's on your Wednesday menu's RNY'ers??
Good Morning! I got through a few reports/tasks yesterday and it always is nice to feel productive. One of my team members is on vacation until next Wednesday so it's been a little mixture of covering some of her stuff and handling my normal stuff.
QOTD: I don't really know, if we go with a crush though it's Joey McIntyre.
TSS: 10 years 1 month
B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange
L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit
S: Protein puffs, a piece of fruit and yogurt
D: Shredded pork tacos with net zero tortillas, trader Joe's spicy cauliflower rice, avocado, a banana, and dark chocolate
ES: Protein ice cream and carbmaster toast
E: 1/2 hour elliptical, 10 mins slow jog in the treadmill, and 20 mins Pilates bar
V/W: On track
Have a great day!
Good morning, everyone!
We got home about 11:00 yesterday. It was 5 hours from Hanoi to Seoul, a 5 hour layover in Korea and 12 1/2 hours home to Chicago. I'm jumping right back into things, so I probably won't have pictures and stories for a few days.
I stepped on the scale today and it was an unsustainable Onederland number, so I better gain a bit before my Bariatric appointment tomorrow - don't want to set myself up for failure in the future.
QOTD: Amy, I guess once someone went with Diddy, the pressure was off. I would probably go with some of the World War Two generals, such a massive undertaking, so many hard decisions to make.
Breakfast: bagel
lunch: chicken
dinner: TBD
Have a great day, all!

Welcome back. Your post about gaining by tomorrow reminds me of what some people would do to qualify for surgery. One thing that comes to mind was getting rolls of quarters and putting them in their pockets before the doctor visit. I remember that they would post other insurance fraud hints. Don't worry about setting yourself up for failure, Jim. Failure is not in your wheelhouse.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Good Morning Amy and Meneurs,
Sounds like your conference is going well. That is great. I actually woke at 5:30 and thought I could do a little treadmill, but I rolled back over and slept for another 1/2 hour. I'm sure I will get motivated again just hoping it is sooner than later. I am having the neighbors over this weekend to watch the Steeler game. I have not had guest in so long. I am actually excited to have visitors. Let the menu planning begin.
