What's on your Monday Menu?
Good morning. It's still morning everywhere, right? Lazy weekend. I did not do one single iota of exercise. I feel slightly better seeing I logged 8.95 hours in exercise last week. (537 minutes sounds even better!) I feel good about my food and beverage choices over the weekend. I have had a busy morning and I've got a good day ahead of me. So, bring it.
Today I've done HIIT class, cleaned out the fridge, cleaned the yard, started laundry and gotten showered and organized. Next up breakfast and then my annual blood work. Doc says I don't have to be fasting. Then grocery shopping and maybe a walk to get in steps. I'm getting my hair cut and colored this afternoon. The day is flying by.

B: we have no eggs. So just chicken and cheese I think
L: more leftover bulgogi beef
D: on the fence, but thinking a roasted chicken. We'll see what treasures I can find at TJ's and the grocery store.
