I love the HOKA speedgoats, I'm on my second pair. I love how sticky and light they are. I had a pair of hiking boots before I lost weight, they were heavy and big but effective. When I lost weight, my foot shrunk a size and I never replaced them after trying trail shoes.

Every time I have been in Tiajuana I have taken the photo with the painted Donkey. I have more than a few.

I walked home every day for lunch but some kids did have lunchboxes. In seventh grade I had to bring my lunch but whoever made the social rules at our school declared lunch boxes not cool and everyone carried lunch in a brown paper bag.

I think that social-rule-making kid went to my school, too!

Good mornin everyone! QJB, so glad your review went great!

Rachel is staying the night tonight. We might go to the thrift store but I'm not sure. I started a new med last night for sleep and it did work! I got a solid 3 hour, and 2 smaller blocks of sleep. That's a lot for me! Next week is a busy one full of appointments. The dreaded eye specialist (he isn't bad at all, it's the waiting for 2 to 3 hours) is on Tuesday. Wednesday is the dentist.

We are having trouble with our cat Percy and Tange. He isn't getting better and she is just terrified of him. He has scratched her a few times. Not sure what to do at this point. I am thinking about trying the plug in calming thing they have at chewy. I'm going to probably buy it when I get paid.

QOTD: Not that I can remember.

B: eggs, cheese and coffee

L: taco salad

D: ????

Check out the calming collar for cats. I think it's a little more effective because it doesn't get diffused in the air--it's always around their neck. One of our cats eventually seemed to develop a big of an allergy to it, and his skin got raw underneath, but that was after many many months, and it really helped.

Is there a brand that you recommend ? We tried some and they didn't help. They both just get so wound up around each other. Percy had one of her claws on his head and Tange had a bleeding poke on her ear. We're just really worried about it.

I always had the plug in diffusers. They were really expensive but kept the cats calm. Never tried the collar and that seems like a great solution.
