If I am somewhere where are having spaghetti or other pasta, I ask for a plate with meatballs and sauce. I used to really love pastas, but would not even try to eat it now. I still wish I could. So sorry you went through that. It is strange that I can eat bread or pizza with no problems, because pasta and bread or pizza are both flour and water.

Growing up every Sunday was homemade spaghetti and Meatballs. I got sick of Spaghetti. I literally hated it. It tasted good but I was tired of it so I would eat meatballs and buttered bread. I have only tried a bite of pasta since surgery and was not a fan. I can do the chickpea or lentil pasta but not the flour and egg pasta.

I have never eaten homemade spaghetti in my life. Even my husband's Italian family all used pasta from a box. One time I bought a machine to make my own but never got it to work correctly and ended up giving it away.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,

Love the chair!!!!

We had a nice time at the pig roast and Rudy made us proud dog owners. Everybody loved up on him and he enjoyed all the pork he got for treats. I do not believe we have had any clouds in the sky for over 14 days it has been so sunny and beautiful. So, of course I really wanted to get out and move yesterday considering I had no plans but to check on mom yesterday. When Ron and Rudy were still sleeping at 8:30AM I said screw this and dressed and went for a run. I have an orthopedic appointment for my toe/foot tomorrow and in my mind, I thought it would be a good idea to get a run in just in case it was healing, and I could cancel the appointment. First of all, since I ran, I figured I could eat all the treats because I moved a bunch and then at 11:30pm my legs decided to cramp. I drank a Gatorade but did not stretch. Every muscle cramped at one time from the thighs to my toes. Just screaming for help. Ron got me my cramp night pills and it took about 20 minutes to get it under control. Today my toe is killing me, so I am pretty sure I need to keep that ortho appointment tomorrow.

Rudy was literally in hog heaven!

Cramps are the worst. I had them a few times this past week. I hate that.

We haven't had a drop of rain in 27 days, which is just 6 short of the record.

I was so lucky this group introduced me to Cramp pills. I have the day and the night versions, and I do not know what magic is in them but that would have been a lot worse without them.

I keep a bottle in my car and have given them to friends who got leg cramps. A doctor told me about them and I thought it was just hype but bought them anyway. I agree that they are magic.

I bet Rudy loved the roast. It's been so dry here that the rabbits have eaten all of our Hostas. I think they want the water that is in the stems.

Ron's been putting a water bowl with ice in it for the squirrels and other animals and I saw a fox drinking from it a couple Saturdays ago. He was too quick I didn't get the picture. I think the deer been drinking from it as well.

I'm glad you're getting checked out. Take care of it now before it gets worse.
