What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
I have lived a long time and have learned that every relationship comes to an end. Either you break up or one of the partners dies. The best outcome is when you are apart but both still friends. Good luck with finding a new place to live and with starting your next adventure in life.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Good Morning and Friyay!! I probably won't get the 1/2 day I was hoping for. For the weekend I think I'll get a pedicure, I have an appt for shockwave and so far that's all.
QOTD: Not really a scary movie type person. I did watch the Scream movies when they came out.

Have a great day!
My knee will just decide it is going to ache once in a while. I have Voltaren cream and Biofreeze. Both help. But the Voltaran is NSAID so only if totally desperate for relief. Even an ice pack will sometimes work like magic. Hope yours calms down.
It amazes me how a cat can seem to grow to twice its size when it sprawls out in bed. I used to keep a special blanket on the bedspread during the day to catch some of the fur.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Wow, I did not know that about the Voltaren. No pets, but my little nieces and nephews come over sometimes. I am careful about putting medicines and cleaning supplies out of reach but never thought about the Voltaren being a poison for them. I will be careful to store it out of reach. We do try to watch them like a hawk but they can be so quick, especially when more than one in the house. Thanks for the warning.

G'morning all!
JB - I hope you reunite with Grim soon. Our Luna does the same, whoever is not in bed, she takes their place and then gives daggers when the person wants to get in bed.
Day 1, first stop was at Lake Humantay, elevation 13,000 feet. Beautiful water and if you are crazy enough to be there at sunrise you see all kinds of colors.
Our first night camp was in a glass igloo, with hobbit size door. The view from the igloo at night was breathtaking.
QOTD: I don't like scary movies, so I try to avoid them. Freddy what's-his-name really scared me. Jaws, especially living by the ocean, really affected me.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- TJ kebabs + yogurt dip
- Jello
- Protein Icecream - cookies and cream
- E: strength training
Happy Fri-yay!

Keen has got to be all kinda proud and happy that you committed so much of yourself to be able to do these adventures. I get so disappointed when there is something I really want to do then have to do it solo because Ron just can't do it. You guys are a great team.
