What's on your Thursday Menu?
Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,
Oh, the audacity of that cat to Slap his Momma. I can't say I wouldn't have the urge to slap someone withholding food from me. Julia, you need to do better girl!
Wild Things lost last night, and it was disappointing, but we had a great time. First, we went to get tickets to find out they were free for anyone over 50. Love being old. And they put us just to the right home plate. Our new neighbors joined us and I guess I got a new best friend. Jax is 6 and had to sit with me and hang with me. So cute. We even ran down when it was Milk and cookie time. She is a cutie. Today I am going to get my Manicure at lunch and focus on these price changes. Just hoping to get them done soon.
QOTD: what is "A Day on the Couch"? The only time I get down time would be if I were in the hospital so I guess my answer would be a hospital gown.

Jen
Good morning! I'm just so happy right now that our cooling trend continues. I understand our heat dome moved to Colorado. Sorry Jen. I did really well on all my important things yesterday. I took a stroll to get some steps in and stretch out my tight legs, ran in place during tv time last night to finish off my steps and ate good fuel for my body. 57 minutes of exercise and 10,237 steps. Worked on the yard and tidied up some laundry. A nice day overall.
Today I am headed for the gym. Treadmill and then circuit weight machines. I'd just walk around the neighborhood, but I want to hit those machines. Roger and I have an appt at the gym next week to onboard with the new EGYM system. You flash your wrist band at the reader and it sets up your workout on each machine. EGYM I am excited to find out my "bio-age" and praying it's not like 72 or something. So I'm am trying to up my game going into my first workout with it. And that is everything on my calendar today. So definitely more reading.
QoTD: I like snug fitting leggings to keep the jiggle to a minimum and then in warm weather a loose t-shirt and in cool weather I layer on a sweatshirt or sweater. Always socks and if I'm up moving around I put my shoes or slippers back on.

I can't wait to hear about your EGYM experience! My iFIt program has an AI trainor that does something similar but I haven't pulled that trigger, yet...
