Good mornin everyone! Woke up from a bizarre dream into a ton of the usual pain.
A lot going on today. I need to clean the bathroom at some point. I have an appointment around 10:30. Then prep for my myelogram tomorrow morning. Just getting stuff ready to lay in bed for 24+ hours. I can get out aroun pod 10am Saturday morning. I tphave to ride home with the seat all the way down too. I know not every place is this careful but since I had a spinal headache before I like that they are. this is going to be hell on my back and neck though. We'll probably run to the grocery store today too.
QOTD: PJs. I usually sleep in a super long sleep shirt. But during the day I'd wear a loose shirt and comfy shorts

Good morning ~ Thank you for all of the birthday wishes, it was a fabulous day! I was able to resolve the issue with my report and submit. If it comes back again with another edit needed, I'm gonna lose it. I have used up so much time on that dang thing that I'm behind on everything else. Nevermind the b-day socializing fun yesterday. I seriously need to get down to business today because I'm off tomorrow, plus I have a long lunch with my sister today.
QOTD - My favorite comfy loungewear is baggy sweats and local dive bar t-shirt. I'm wearing them right now.
Accountability - I enjoyed all the bites + wine without going overboard and no regrets! 47 active minutes, 8,632 steps. Today I am 168.2 with 30 minutes done on the treadmill.

L - sushi w/sis- tataki and spicy tuna bites
d- Santa Maria style BBQ tri tip/chicken fundraiser dinner

Good Morning! Friday-Eve! Great job on the steps, you killed it. I have a few meetings today and then I'm waiting on someone else to start one the payroll things for next week. If I got a head start on it today I might be able to take 1/2 day tomorrow but I have to rely on another department/person so I can finalize.
QOTD: Some sort of comfy shorts, a t-shirt and a snuggly blanket.

Good morning, everybody!
We have something at work called a "Tailgate Social" at 11:30. I'm not quite sure what that will entail, but it does include food, so that is the lunch choice for today. Other than that it looks like a pretty easy day at work after a busy start to the week.
Last night I said to my friend:
"How are we going to get from Bangkok to Saigon"
And she said:
"Jim, that's an excellent question." Her husband added
"There must be a plane, right?"
I fear a non-advertised 11 hour bus ride is in our future. Efforts are being made to figure it out today.
I didn't go to pick up my son last night, so I am anxious to see how everything went at the career fair. I do know that he ran out of resumes, so hopefully that is a good sign.
QOTD: I am actually more about the right blankets than the outfit. If I can get the soft fleece blanket and the small pillows, I am usually good. With that said - stretchy gym shorts and a Dri Fit Crossfit shirt. Always bare feet.
Breakfast: Bagel

Dinner: TBD. My son may want to cook since he's been away for a few
