I have seen protein ice cream on your menu a bit, have you joined the Creami brigade? What flavors are you making?

Yes! I love my creami. I use the fairlife protein shakes and SF pudding mix to make vanilla and chocolate as a base (I've done pistachio pudding mix too) as well as two good peach smoothies. I sometimes add some mix-ins (SF coconut syrup with dark chocolate chips or mini M&Ms). For John we bought bubble gum extract and bubble gum balls and blue food coloring- so fun!

I don't think it worked and neither did the sports bra on top of a regular one (sorry to the men on this thread!).

Good morning ~ I thought yesterday was decent, but I had work dreams all night. This annual report won't end. I swear, my analyst speaks in riddles and will not answer a direct question. It has me second guessing the whole thing, not just the one final edit. Besides that mess today, I have an early CMS meeting, BOS meeting I will stream in the background and a fluff training this afternoon.

QOTD - I have terrible posture. I walk tilted forward, head forward and up, neck curve and shoulders forward. I think this is from being a very big girl with a big chest and trying to hide all of that. I have neck, shoulder and back issues a lot of the time. I didn't know corrective garments like that existed until the Taylor Swift blow up. I was seriously influenced and checked a few out and ordered one to try - it just shipped. They are ridiculously expensive, but I was able to use my FSA to pay. If it works or even helps, it will be worth every penny and I will order more. They also have posture leggings/shorts for core, hips and back support/correction - who knew? I may try them if the one I ordered does what it claims.

Accountability - great, 46 active minutes, 10,027 - just made it! Today 167.6, 30 minutes done on the treadmill.

d- Debate taquitos w/guac/greek yogurt/salsa/let/tom/onion toppings

s- clementine, nectarine, jerky

i do not know about the taylor swift contolroversy, will google!! I am trying to decide on the debate, I'm on east coast time this week so it starts at 9 here and 9 is past my "no screens" cutoff. I will probably give it a pass because 1) not going to impact my vote and 2)I'm sure it will be all over social media for weeks after

It was just a rehearsal photo of Taylor Swift in a Forme brand posture correcting sports bra designed by an orthopedic surgeon. Taylor used to have horrible posture - she was famous for it but now looks much better. Not sure it was this that did it, but I thought i would give it a try. You're right about the debate and my vote as well but after the last one being only about Biden's health, I want to hear what they have to say. I love the zingers too, haha.

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,

The eagle has landed. I'm back home and ready to baby bird tranquility into the mouths of Chicago's denizens.

I missed you guys and the rest of my normal routine.

A couple highlights of the trip was seeing my brother and fam as well as Jerry Seinfeld at The Caesars Coliseum. It didn't hurt that I was in the 15th row, right center. I'll try to go into detail when I have more time to post.

QOTD- My posture was **** before my troubles being mobile. After the hip replacement, it's become worse. I'm trying to actively work on it. It's frustrating since I've had bad posture my whole life. It's hard to teach an old dog new tricks.

B: Yogurt and tangerine.

L: Greek diner with mama bear.

D: ?? Something healthy. I ate tons of junk on vacation, gained two pounds and crave putting together good, somewhat healthy means.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
