So sorry about your nephew and sorry that you have to fly again. The delays can be frustrating. When I flew all the time, I just accepted the jetlag and the delays as part of the experience. Hope this trip at least goes smoothly.

So sorry to hear about your nephew, 27 is way to young. Not a pleasant trip to take, but I hope you have better luck with your flights.

Such heartbreaking news, Grim. I'm so sad for your family. That is a call no one wants to get. I'm sure it will be lovely for your sister to have family support

Good morning ~ Happy to hear you got some much needed sleep. I had a busy day yesterday. I was able to figure out most of my excel problems but it was so time consuming. I was reviewing them with the the person who will be taking these reports over eventually and she is great at excel. It was then that I realized what a **** show they really were - just looking at her face, the horror said it all. I'm used to these workbooks, their voo-doo and work arounds. Now, I have to create new workbooks, ugh. I ended up staying late at work, missed my swim lane reservation and hit the worst traffic. TJ's taquitos for dinner were horrible. BUT I slept like a baby and lost 2 pound. I'm very good! Today is finalizing monthly these reports and finally getting to the Annual report that I have 2.5 days to complete - yay...

QOTD - I always wanted to live there when I was a kid. Actually be Laura - I wanted her family (especially Pa), having fun/getting into trouble on the prairie and of course sticking it to Nelly. I didn't think about how hard survival was nevermind where they did their business, hygiene and how things must have smelled. Now? Hell no.

Accountability - great, 59 active minutes, 10,476 steps. Today I'm 166.8, 30 minutes done on the treadmill.

B- coffee, string cheese, pepperoni

l - tuna w/celery

d - breakfast burrito

s- jerky, honeydew melon

Have a great day!

None of the books written by people who lived in the pioneer days ever mentioned anything about going to the bathroom. It is interesting that it was not considered something to write about then.
