What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning ~ I was just about to post this when I saw yours - still works so here it is! Tuesday, we meet again. I am struggling with my July reports that include a lot of workbook updates for the new fiscal year and all the forms within them. I'm so mad that the previous persons responsible for this workbook only made their annual changes partway and not all the way through the forms - like only updated 140 out of 232 forms. I can't even.... I thought I was going to lose it yesterday - who does that? All the formulas are off now, and I must fix them. I should start over, but I'm in too deep at this point and I need to get these done. I need an excel wizard because I can do a ton in excel, but some of this I'm stuck doing manual entry. I'm WFH this morning. I have a 7:30 teams meeting, a Dr's appt, go into the office and swim after work.
QOTD - what are you drinking to stay hydrated these days? I can't drink plain water right now (this happens in phases) so I am drinking lots of flavored water. Lately, it's been Jolly Rancher Cherry and Propel grape. The occasional coke zero, Minute made strawberry lemonade, Gatorade zero and iced tea.
Accountability - good, 51 active minutes and 10,048 steps. The last few earned marching in place while brushing my teeth. Today I'm 168.8, 30 minutes on treadmill done, 30-minute swim planned after work.
B- coffee, egg and cheese wrap
L - chicken salad on bed of lettuce w/Finn crisp crackers
d- 2 Taquitos w/let/tom/onion/Greek yogurt/avocado
S - jerkyx2
Have a great day!

To get through July, I need to suck it up and manually finish, I 'm in too deep, lol. I may redesign from scratch, or try to fix the workbooks - ugh. Either way I can use all the help I can get! Thanks!
I love SF Slurpees!

Good mornin everyone! Hoping today is a decent one.
Found out that they will not be doing an MRI as originally planned. As I knew would happen no one here can do it. Another myelogram. Should find out today when that'll happen. I am not thrilled but in no way am I surprised so no shock.
Not a lot planned for the day. I need to do a couple loads of laundry. Need to sit down and seriously work on some jewelry. I've been putting it off.
QOTD: ice...lots of ice and water. Maybe a soda 3 times a week.
B: eggs, cheese and coffee
L: pizza stick things
D: shrimp.

Good morning, everybody!
QJB, I hope you get some rest today. It's nice and cool on the train but getting very hot today.
Marilyn got us new phones at Costco. I guess that there was an AT&T booth and they were trying to get rid of the current generation ahead of the new AI ones that are coming out.
We are trading in our old phones, paying $4 extra a month for 3 years and getting a $500 Costco gift card. It seems too good to be true and I keep asking Marilyn what the catch is? But they seem to be on their way to our house and she has a contract.
I'm not a new phone person, but I am close to an email from work requiring me to upgrade (we can't have phones that don't have current security updates), so it seems like a great deal. We even upgraded DD, who is pretty much off of the payroll.
QOTD: Bai Water is my standby, also some Diet Dr. Pepper, regular water, wine and an occasional decaf coffee.
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: chicken sandwich
Dinner: Steak
Have a great day, all!

G'morning all!
JB - happy you are home.
Today is our 30th wedding anniversary!!!
Few observations:
- Wow, we haven't killed each other, yet!
- We have spent half of our lives with each other.
- We still like each other's company, most of the time.
- I remember the night before and all day till the end of ceremony in church, I was on the point of throwing up. To the point my dad the morning of the wedding said "maybe we should postpone this, you can't walk down the aisle like this!" It was all nerves.
- I remember hearing my dad crying during the ceremony. Now I know how he felt, the idea of your kid living so far away from you.
- When our daughter was born, DH called my dad with the news but also asked for his forgiveness. He said I didn't know what I did to your family, if somebody takes away my daughter I don't know if I can love them.
- I am still happy we went through with it. My family does love my husband. They think he is a saint for putting up with me.
So to celebrate our survival we are going to Peru and hike the Salkantay pass to Machu Picchu. It's about 46 miles. And just because 46 miles hiking in 5 days is not enough we added the Rainbow mountain, because why the heck not? This one is "only" 6 miles round trip but everybody says the altitude and the steep hike will kill you. Our base will be in Cusco.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Hb eggs, tuna, wilde chips
- Barebells bar, strawberries
- TikTok cucumber salad
- Protein icecream - McFlurry Oreo
- E: strength training
Happy taco Tue!
