Good morning, my dudes! I trust everyone had a fantastic Day of Tues? Mine was okay. I got caught up with all my emails and started to get my head wrapped around some of the big projects I need to do. I am doing another big training today but it's the same one as last week, only this one will be completely remote. I had 15 people come in person last week, and I think I have 30 people signed up today which is a record for our department, so that's exciting!

I woke up at 2am with sharp pains in my top left quadrant of my stomach area. Naturally I googled it for an hour before I got out of bed, and determined that I'm either dying or not. I am going with "not", and hopefully some water will help!

QOTD: When is the last time you got a parking ticket? Yesterday was the first time that Grim didn't drop me off at the train station and I had to drive myself. I parked and used the app to pay for parking, but I got a ticket anyway! I confirmed that I did it right on the app, so I have no idea why I got it. Super annoying. I think my car has been tagged by law enforcement to get ticketed because I get them alllllll the time. Some of you may remember this, but Grim and I were set to meet for our first date but I had to call him to come get me because I had a boot on my wheel! Anyway, I need to figure out how to appeal this ticket and make sure I don't get another one today!

Accountability: I should probably rename this section to "The Woes of Wegovy." I am becoming so sensitive to sugar that it's becoming hard to avoid a reaction. Yesterday for lunch I had a 'zero sugar added' yogurt (3g sugar total) and found myself feeling like I was going to pass out in my office for a few minutes. Later in the evening, I had a 100 calorie hard seltzer and found myself feeling the same way and it lingered for a few hours after I went to bed. I really need to get everything that has sugar in top 10 ingredients out of my life.

Good morning and happy Wednesday! Sorry you continue to have Wegovey issues, definitely sounds like you need to talk to. your medical team about the side effects, maybe there's something they can do!

Today is my Friday! It's a doozy though, my first meeting is at 5:30 am (my boss is in India this week and it works relatively well for my 1:1) and I have 16, count them 16 meetings before I meet with my trainer tonight. They are not even all half hour meetings, one is 2 hours. I will need all the coffee!

QOTD - I got a parking ticket three weeks ago, it was the first one in probably 20 years, if not longer.

I'll get a walk in this morning before my meetings start and then bookend that with pilates with my trainer this evening. She is coming to me so that will be nice.

Jaysus! You have a day of 16 meetings and are book ending it with a walk before a 5:30 call and ending with Pilates? You earned a hard seltzer and a definite long weekend! Good luck today! Coffee x 100!

I think of it more as a vodka soda, not a hard seltzer. I've only had one "real" hard seltzer and it was awful. I think it was called truly and it was truly repulsive.

I agree but I would sub the soda for Olive juice. I love a great Martini.

Good mornin everyone. Let's tackle the day. QJB, I agree with Jen, talk to your team to see what you might be able to do.

Yesterday was rough. We had to mow. My mom was really struggling so I, being the dumbass that I am, helped...mow and weed whack. I am paying the piper today and the entire night. Not much sleep was had. My right arm is numb and I just hurt all over. I'm a prize idiot.

The only thing planned for the day is a quick trip to Walmart. I am hoping for naps...lots of naps. I also need to work on chainmaille.

QOTD: I have had one ticket in my life and it was when I was 17 for speeding. No parking tickets at all for me.

food is just unknown at this time. I'm hoping for a Sam's trip today too,
