WTG Jim!! On my journey, I spent way too long ignoring the numbers which lead to a massive regain. This is why I am transparent to a fault now. it's helped me tremendously. I'm envious of those like you who got to goal and stay relatively close years out, great job!!

Good morning! Happy birthday to Trish! We are all up because it's crazy hair day at Zoo camp and we have red, blue, green and purple hair wax to add to the grands hair and try to style. Picture on Friday if it's a success.

My feet are still a bit rough. The tennies didn't last long yesterday, and my step count was 5705. However, I reined in snack hour and kept it to one measured snack. (Those F'ning M&M's. I've threated divorce if Rog brings another container like this in the house!) I'm back in workout shoes again today because I am nothing if not an optimist! We have Zoo camp immediately followed by gymnastics. I need to get to the store in between to feed these locusts.

QotD: I really enjoyed the Island of Sea Women. Historical fiction

Bites today are totally unknown until dinner. Chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy.

Peace everybody!

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I am not a lay in bed kinda gal. Now if someone would bring me a coffee I probable could be but that isn't happening any time soon.

I have the care giver heading to moms today, so someone is there when she takes her bath. It gave me time to stop at her bank and grab money. When she was in the hospital there must have been a power outage, and the ice machine got all screwed up in her fridge. DH fixed it but it had leaked on the floor, and it ended up warping. I have a guy coming in next week to replace the flour. I was going to turn it in to homeowners, but it is only $400 more after deductible. I am afraid they raise her rates, and it won't be worth it, so I am just going to pay out of pocket.

QOTD: I cannot wait to retire (Did I say that this week yet?) I may actually become a reader if I have time.

Accountability: Some peanut butter and butter on a spoon.

TSS: 6 years 7-months 27 day 165.6 Lowest (129.4)

B: Coffee with SF Coffee-mate chocolate caramel creamer

MS: oikos triple zero salted caramel Greek yogurt, strawberries

CB: Coffee with SF Coffee-mate chocolate caramel creamer

L: egg roll in a bowl, celery carrots and Fried pickle and ranch dip

D: cheeseburger no bun

Exercise: dog walking,

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings

Chrissy

Chrissy - are they replacing the floor boards? We have a similar issue, and we are thinking about what to do.

I am doing the full floor. If there is rot under, the vinyl when we pull it up, we may need to do some floorboards as well. It is hard to match up Vinyl flooring, so it is best to just redo the whole floor. I think the quality of flooring is much better since this floor has been in there for 17 years. Also, the new floor will be 100% waterproof so hoping it will not happen again. I was told by a Home Depot employee that leaking ice makers and dishwashers are the main cause of needed to replace flooring.

I replaced some floors last year and the new materials are much better than the old ones.
