Good morning, everybody!
Late post for me. I was up fairly early and went to the gym. Then I hopped on a call and went to get my hair cut. I asked the hairdresser when I was in last and she said "June 11th." Yikes! I still have 4 more calls and a couple of tasks, plus I need to swim and we have Happy Hour tonight. Full day.
Marilyn is playing at a tennis club with a strict dress code, so she is decked out in her Wimbledon whites today.
QOTD: Lots of people on here. Also lots of people in the Crossfit community. I have read that associating with people who live healthy lifestyles makes it easy to do so yourself and I think that is right.
Breakfast: Bagel
Lunch: Roast Beef
Dinner: TBD.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
