I haven't had any deli meat for a couple of weeks. But the recall is pretty extreme. A supermarket chain here is sterilizing their whole deli case.

Good Morning! Yesterday I ended up on zoom meetings for a few different meetings which meant I didn't get much done on the projects I'm in the middle of. I hope to work through some of those projects today.

just a quick (for me) note before I head over to water aerobics. I really don't want to go, but it'll be hot and humid yet AGAIN today, with a chance for storms, so I'm not exercising outside. I think I'm going to have to start going over to the gym regularly again (like I do a lot in the winter) because this summer's weather just is not cooperating.
my cat's corneal ulcer ruptured again last night, which put us back again. He sees the ophthalmologist again tomorrow. I hope we're gradually moving forward, but I don't know. This has been really awful.

Good morning ~ Yesterday was busy and I was able to get a ton of work done so that felt great. Today I have a Dr appt before work, so a leisurely morning at home. I'll work about a half day, one deadline to make and a meeting then I'm off the rest of the week. Looking forward to fun things.
QOTD - Everyone walking the walk is my role model. Those making healthy food and exercise choices every day to get to goal or maintain absolutely inspire me. From OH, work, the gym, my family, friends and even who I follow on Tik Tok - they are everywhere and I love being surrounded by all of the support. This is hard work and no one is going to do it for you. I mostly aspire to be like Lisa, Sheila and Jen. They work so hard every day while living life to the fullest. They are always on the go, traveling, enjoying all their favorite things while maintaining because they do the work, every damn day. #lifegoals
Accountability - great, 64 active minutes, 10,930 steps. Today 166.8, 45 mins done on the treadmill this morning. No time for a work walk, but will get my steps in.
