Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers.
Wow that lobster roll. I want to lick the screen for sure. My mom used to collect Lighthouses. I know she still has a lot I do not know if she has that particular one. I know she has the one from Cape Hatteras. When I was about 6, I remember climbing the stairs with her and dad.
So, DB had complications in the night, and they took him back to surgery. I guess he had a hematoma, so they went in, stopped the bleeding and drained it. They said this is not uncommon but scary to say the least. He was kind enough to let me sleep and he called at 7:00am to say he is doing good. They are going to keep him another night to keep an eye on him. Today is his 65th birthday. He had his wife bring in cupcakes for all his care givers.
I got Mom duty under control. She is having ham and bean soup and a turkey slider for lunch and dinner will be a chicken salad with blue cheese dressing.
I plan on going to the gym in the morning. I also plan to make some Zucchini lasagna and get them in the freezer for meals and to take on vacation. All of my desserts are done and in the freezer. Now I just got to get dog food portioned and frozen for the dog sitter.
QOTD: I like Big Bang, but I will stop on an All in the Family, Jeffersons, Mash, Cheers, and Night court. Yes, I am showing my age. I would do Monty Python and Benny Hill, but I do not see them on the Apps I own currently.
Accountability: Grrr I had a handful of French fries, big piece of celebration cake and a cookie.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Yes, everybody loves Rudy. Our mailman gets out the truck and rolls around on the ground with him. It is pretty cute. He seeks out Amazon vans because he knows the guy driving usually has treats. My brother is doing good now. Just a minor setback. I got a photo of his incision, and it looks great!!!
