I think it's one of those that as you get a bit older it hits harder, too. I know better so I just need to stop doing it to myself!

DH woke me up at 5:30 AM Monday just to look at the moon. I didn't get a photo. Yes, it was very pretty but I did not see the necessity to pull me out of a deep sleep. If he knew you were going to post it maybe he wouln't have woke me up.

Good morning ~ My parents used to dream about retiring to the rocky shores of Maine. It was their favorite getaway and one they took without any of us, lol. Love the pictures of the quintessential lobster and lighthouse - just beautiful! Today is a half day, maybe one of the last few before my schedule changes so I will enjoy. I'm still feeling under the weather, so sleep/rest is beating out exercise. I though I just had bad allergies, but it's also a chest cold according to my doc yesterday that isn't allergy related - so yay for having both. My 12th covid test in the past 2 weeks says negative. Breathing is a struggle and I'm so tired. I was in bed at 6pm last night and already look forward to going to bed tonight. I want to stay home, but I am the only Admin Sup on today and covering for 2 others so I need to be there. I was hoping to swim and hike this weekend but we'll have to see how I feel. I can walk though - no excuse there.
QOTD - Love Frasier, King of Queens and Seinfeld - they never get old and always make me laugh! Forensic Files is a great one on repeat, it's usually on when we turn in and fall asleep. I love the narrators voice. Or Martha Stewart - I love watching her channel - plus she can put me to sleep in 2 minutes.
Accountability - not great - fun sized candy bars in quantity unknown, it was carnage. I hit that bowl hard, but did not get the usual RH. Active minutes - lucky 13, with 5,371 steps. Today I'm 168.6. I need to do better. I can't let this get away from me. I hate feeling this way and I'm not where I want to do be - get it together, girl! The struggle is real.
B- coffee, protein brownie, protein shake
l - popeyes blackened tenders and coleslaw
d-leftover enchirito casserole or eggs and toast
s- honeydew, plums, jerky
