Good morning! I'm so proud of you that you didn't wor****il midnight. Progress!!! I'm super tired today and super tired in anticipation of leaving my house at 4 am tomorrow for a day trip to Minneapolis for work. But, I'll make it! When I was buying the ticket on Monday, it offered me to upgrade to first class for $120 round trip. Ummm...yes please. It's nice to be excited just for some comfy space but not because the regular seats are small (the panic I used to feel at 300+ lbs if I got a middle seat was just awful).
QOTD: hmm. I'm not sure. I mostly followed rules I guess? Just so society doesn't break down haha. But I break a bunch of rules too, and I guess with step kids I make some rules as well. Maybe I'm a 33.3% of each option!

Today is not heavy on meetings but will be heavy on finishing some projects, and an after work class with my favorite instructor. She brings the energy!!!

B: the last of the boars head turkey and goat cheese

L: leftover noodles and turkey meat sauce

D: hmmm. Not sure. Maybe an English muffin pizza? I'll see what sounds good after the gym and a shower!

I haven't been up there in years, although it's only about a four hour drive for us. The Twin Cities are really nice - or at least they were when we used to go up there.

Good morning all and Happy Happy.

It's going to be a great day. We have mid 70s and the sun is out.

Yesterday was two more doctors and a couple hours with attorneys.

I'm making progress and things are headed in the right direction. Everybody's working for the weekend.

QOTD- I'm all of the above. I used to only be a rule breaker.

B: Chobani creations cherry cheesecake. This has 180 calories? I didn't read the label before purchasing but it is very good.

L: Parisian patty melt. garlic toasted sea-salt ciabatta, brandied onions & forest mushrooms, provolone, French onion soup reduction on side for dipping. Heck yeah!

D: something good for me.

Accountability: I'm eating sweets. I'm still in the 'giving myself permission considering' mode. I plan to reign it in next week.

Current successes: I'm down 6 pounds in the last couple weeks. I've been making good choices except for the sweets this week. I'm getting my 10k steps(easy with moving and grooving), working out, and incorporated yoga.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

yea those Chobani Creations are higher in calories than their other lines. Must have more fat in them. They're really good, though. I got a couple of the caramel ones once when they had them on sale at ALDI. I ate them as a dessert. (and calories aren't too bad if you're using them in place of ice cream!)
