Philly sports fans are pretty notorious for being the worst, as a group.

OK, now I understand. Good thing I was not at a sport's event and just needed parking help.

I Agree with Jim. Philly folks are not very nice.

Really? Ok, that is so weird. DD & I were both commenting how nice and kind people are in Philly. And I come from CA where everybody says hello and smiles. We were comparing to people in DC and we were pleasantly surprised.

Maybe we just got lucky, but wherever we went all were kind and helpful.

I think that, in general, people individually are very nice. Put enough of them together and they're a nasty mob.

After the Havasupaii hike(s), I bet those stairs were easy! No cobbled together things they called "ladders", lol

Good morning ~ Best of luck today, I hope you day goes smoothly! I am feeling much better and my is energy back. I felt it yesterday, when in a late meeting and I didn't want to die. I'm still congested and though I feel pretty good it's too soon for the pool. My plan is to get back to 10k steps this weekend, then resume treadmill and swimming next week. It's been a nice break not obsessing about steps, constantly looking at my watch and now I'm thinking - who cares!? Today we have an offsite wellness/staff appreciation day and BBQ, should be a fun day.

QOTD - Setter/follower. I want things to work as they should and flow, though I'm pretty flexible and open to change.

Accountability - great though breakfast got away from me. 11 active minutes and 5,929 steps. Today 166.6, no exercise plans until the weekend.

B- coffee, protein shake, protein brownie

l - BBQ

d- bare chicken nugs in the airfryer w/buffalo sauce and pickles

s - watermelon, jerky

Have a great day!
