Good morning ~ It's Wednesday already, this week is flying - good! I had a very productive day and was able to get in a work walk but it was purely for my sanity and the safety of others. Today I'm still working the YE project and if I hustle, I may finish early - maybe even today but we'll see how it goes. Otherwise, there is plenty of other work waiting for me to take care of including all those late evals.

Do any of you have that person at work that drives you crazy and you want to take them seriously, but they make it so damn difficult? Ugh.

QOTD - Ricotta bake is what popped up and it sounds so good right now!

Accountability - Great, 105 active minutes (treadmill, walk, 1150 meter swim - new PR) 11,875 steps. Today I am 170.0, 30 min on treadmill done, work walk for sanity sake.

B- coffee, protein bar, protein shake

l - RGF lasagna bowl or burrito

d- baked chicken thighs and asparagus

s - jerky, apple

Have a great day!

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,

Bestie is on a plane and on her way home and my waistline cannot be any happier. I am going dry till I see her again. Not that it is a big stretch because she will be back the second week in August when we will be heading to the beach. I wish I could take off about 10lbs before I see her again, but I do not think that is realistic, but I would be happy if I got off 5. I did wake to run this morning but again rolled back over. It was 85° at 5:30 I am not that crazy.

QOTD: Eggbites and turkey meatloaf. They were go-to meals. I plan to add them back in this week.

Accountability: I stuck to the plan even though it wasn't the healthiest and kept it to 1 Smoked maple bourbon Manhattan.

Good morning all and Happy Wednesday,

I had a new aide start yesterday. It was weird but I got to my medical treatment at the hospital. While we were on the highway, he asked f******oney. I have never given gas money for this insurance benefit and asked him to talk to his agency. He did want money for tolls and put his hand out. I gave him $2 but it really rubbed me the wrong way.

I have 4 days left until my move date. I have the apt until the end of July so it won't be a huge problem if I don't get everything moved Sunday. I had 5 guys agree to help me move but 2 have dropped out. I was told not to lift by the ER doc and take it easy. If you know me, I will not take it easy and will get this done, as well as, everything else on my plate. I will listen to my body though and stop if needed. I'm sure I can voluntell my 2 sponsees to help with the schlepping and they would be happy to help.

I'm currently dog sitting this week and this little Yorkie likes the taste of me. She keeps biting my fingers. I'm considering gloves or wrapping my fingers in masking tape. Not really but I don't enjoy being bitten even if it's by pebble sized teeth.

QOTD- Sugar free Jell-O. Bone broth; even herbs couldn't save it for me.

Accountability: Horrible. I binged last night on multiple ice cream bars. I am ok with it. This is too hectic of a time to worry about beating myself up over poor food choices that have already been made.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt. Sugar free Energy drink.

L: ??? Maybe turkey sausage.

D: who knows at this point. Maybe a protein shake but I am having a hard time remembering to eat

It's not picture Friday but He-Man Iggy Pop wanted to wish you a happy hump day

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

I can understand paying for tolls, because they are instructed not to use toll roads, at least the drivers for my insurance program. But asking f******oney is completely out of line and I am sure their agency is paying for gas.

QOTD- Syntrax Nectars, Whey Protein Drinks.

It won't be in the 100's today, only 92 so maybe I can go walk in the nature park this afternoon. I've hated being stuck inside for the last several days, but 103 is too hot to be going anywhere.

My vitamin D level is still high, so I'm not sure what that means. I have an appointment with my PCP in a couple of weeks so I'll ask. It went from 117 to 106 but still too high.

Nothing going on here, just work. My roommate still doesn't have a job, so no rent. He has an interview on Friday, so send him some good thoughts.

Have a great day everyone!
