Yeah, I wouldn't make up my own plan either, I would have the discussion with the doc for sure!

Your answer to QOTD made me laugh, because that's what my icecreams are made of : Premier protein AND protein powder.

I saw a picture of my brother who has been taking Wegovey for about a year. He was well over 250 and has lost more than 100 pounds. He looks unbelievably thin. I kept looking at it to be sure it was really him.

I am glad that you enjoy all the squabbles. I tried that when I was much younger and decided I wanted to take the path where you deal with machines, not people. Of course I was thrown into it with absolutely no training and overwhelmed with trying to resolve issues that seemed so petty and immature to me.

QOTD: Lots of the ricotta and tomato sauce bakes, flaxseed muffins every day, and protein ice cream. I still eat a lot of ricotta cheese and am waiting for BestBuy to get the small Creami back in stock.

Morning gang. That meme is me. I couldn't care less about celebrity gossip. But people I know . . .

It's horribly humid here. You could cut the air with a knife. Yuck.

No special plans here. I'm going to go play in my dirt pile for a while. I really know how to party.

QOTD: I had a lot of things early on that I haven't had since. I had jello, and SF pudding with protein powder mixed in. I ate B&M baked beans in the soft food stage. I tried yogurt. Blech. That stuff is not food. But once I got onto regular food, I just ate what I still eat.

If you have no****ched yet, make sure to watch Bad Faith on Amazon Prime. I watched all of this happen and it took that documentary to really understand how the whole religious and politics marriage is working to destroy democracy.

And the Bad Faith documentary shows how those people have been brainwashed for over 50 years to make them puppets who are ready to destroy democracy because they believe only white Christians should be in our country.

Good morning, everybody!

I have a lunch meeting today that arose rather suddenly. So, I'm going to be in the office today. I kept my office reservation for Thursday and Friday, making four in-office days this week. Padding my stats! I will make sure that I get home by 5:30 for swimming and then get to the 6:30 or 7:30 Crossfit class tonight.

My new wetsuit is in the mail. The first one that i ordered was too small, so we returned it for a bigger size. Getting it packed up and shipped back to the seller was a bit of an ordeal. But I will take every bit of that extra buoyancy.

Open water swim class got a lot harder on Monday. For the last 10 minutes we combined classes and swam continuously around a 40 meter course. There were about 35 people, lots of bumping and kicking, the water was over our heads and we had to sight to keep us orientated. It was definitely a lot harder than the swimming in a clear lap, alone, that I am getting used to. I got a couple of mouthfuls of water, but this type of practice is what I need.

QOTD: Cottage cheese. Our favorite brand went out of business during COVID and we never found another brand that we liked. Turkey meatballs, cottage cheese and EBB were breakfast for my first 18 months after surgery. The other thing is Kirkland Protein bars from Costco. I used to eat several a day but the sugar alcohols started bothering me. We ended up throwing some away about 18 months ago and I haven't had one since.

Breakfast: Bagel

Lunch: probably fish if they have it

Dinner: Lamb

Have a great day, all!
