I was up earlier but the mouse needed to be charged.
Like Amy, this is evaluation week for us. Definitely something that I won't miss when I retire. Other than that, the usual Crossfit, swimming and conference calls. Marilyn leaves for a quick trip to Oregon on Thursday, so I need to make sure that i am set for the weekend.
QOTD: I have watched a few of the Sharknado's but that is about it. I laughed when I watched it.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,
With my new insurance I will not see my PCP till late October, and I am going to ask if a GLP1 will be available to me. I am sick of watching the scale go up. It is pretty much horrifying, and I got no one to blame but myself. I have been in party mode since June 21st and thankfully Bestie leaves tomorrow morning. I got 27 days to get my weight down before I head to the beach. So, I am going dry for sure and picking up the exercise. I was very close to a morning run but rolled over for another hour of sleep. I need to run for sure tomorrow because I don't want to go a full week without a run. Tonight is my last hurrah before settling back to normal life till vacation. Dinner at an Italian restaurant and maybe a couple old fashions but healthy living starts tomorrow. All cheesecake, cookies, and fried ice cream have been removed.
QOTD: it never interests me, but I may watch Jaws since they added it to Pea**** this week.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

LOL, that meme is me to a T!
Oops, I did it again. I got lured into the rabbit hole of healthy protein loaf. I saw this TikTok of a lady making yummy looking mini loaves and raving about how she uses them as main meal or snack, because low carb high protein and healthy. Sign me up. I can tell you I wasted 8 scoops of protein powder, 2 cans of pumpkin pure, and 2 cups of egg whites. The result was a brick in my stomach. The taste was cardboard. It could be I was not using her protein powder that is designed for baking but I'm not going down that rabbit hole again. I have 7 mini loaves plus 7 mini muffins left over if anybody is interested.
QOTD - I have no idea what shark week is. But we have real white sharks here that swim too close to the shore. It's an everyday event and we all live with them. One of the beaches was renamed shark park due to the number of shark sightings.
