Or a sweet note with a IOU in it? I'm sure they love your baked treats!

Now that you are negative, I think it's fine. Negative means not contagious and it's not like you haven't sanitized!

I thought the same, as long as they don't feel uncomfortable because of the husband's health problems. I'll give it till this weekend and then I'll make it for them.

First, pray tell, what is a chocolate salami?

If you had bubonic plague, I'd encourage you to bring me one.

It's a very typical Italian dessert. It looks like a salami but it's made of chocolate and butter biscuits, so when you cut it it looks like salami. chocolate salami

Good morning. I realize I have nothing much to say. LOL. Still in the zero exercise status, so I don't have that to look forward to. I am going to try and go to book club. I might have to get up and walk around. My massage yesterday was a "lymphatic express and reflexology" massage. Very relaxing and light weight, but did nothing to help my back. We are thinking Sciatica. She said there is no tissue swelling so she thinks it's nerve pain. I did look up sciatic exercises last night and I've done them this morning and will repeat throughout the day. Vacation starts Saturday and I'd like to be able to walk like a human for it!

I did very well on food yesterday. Amy and Chrissy, thank you for the ideas! I ended up saving both of them and just picking up a premade cold salad with chickpeas that I took. It was very good and super lazy. I walked to my girlfriend's house which is about 500 yards away and that is the most exercise I have done this week. But cold salad, Poke and fresh fruit was a wonderful dinner at the end of a very warm day. I'm sad all the leftovers are at her house. My tracker says I got 9 minutes of exercise, 4,445 steps and only got 249 out 360 for my move goal. I think the worst part of dealing with this injury is it's mucking up my monthly report on goals! Woe is me.

QoTD: Around here, I'd say dishwasher loading. Roger really does not like how I load the dishwasher, so I usually let him do it. How many dishes can we actually get in a dishwasher load?
