I am no accountant, but I do work straight commission. When we had this issue a few years back they paid us exactly what our last pay was and adjusted it on the next pay to make it easier on the accounting department. Maybe this could work for your situation.

Yeah that was an option but we are going to work towards an average of 90 days. We made good progress on our follow up workbooks today.

Good morning, everybody!

Two days until vacation. I'm working from home today. So, a number of calls and meetings, Crossfit and swimming and I think Marilyn wants to get out for some casting practice before our Idaho trip. Happy Hour tonight. Marilyn picked up a slice of Brie and we have some peach jam, so, a nice melty brie on crackers with the jam should make a great Happy Hour snack. I do love a nice peach.

My wetsuit came this weekend, but it was too small. After reading the fine print about broad shoulders and long torso's, I realized that I should have ordered a size up, which was confirmed by the suit itself. So, we sent it back and when I get the credit, I will re-order. We don't have open water class next week, so if I can have the new one by 7/8, that would be ideal. Our instructor said to wear it anytime it is allowed in a competition because of the buoyancy aspect.

I did swim 1000 meters in my workout last night, which is a milestone for me. That includes breaks between laps, so there is still a bunch of work to do in the next two months.

QOTD: Something involving getting the groceries into the house in as few trips as possible. Maybe even add in a light rain.

Breakfast: hash and English Muffin

Lunch: Roast Beef

Dinner: Butter Chicken

Have a great day all!

The triathlon training group that does our deep water class uses 1000 in an hour as the dividing line between swimming and beginning swimming, so that's what I was shooting for.
