Thank you sir. Quick question... What do you look for in a good ham these days?

I'm not fancy about ham. There's lots of exotic ham out there, but I'm only interested in a good basic ham.

I've had store brands that are hit or miss. Mostly I just go for Carando spiral sliced. And usually boneless. It's pre-cooked, so I just put a new ham in a big Tupperware container, and heat up a portion for me and Ham Cat.

If I make sandwiches, very thinly sliced Krakus low sodium deli ham is my go-to. Ham Cat likes that the most. I usually pair mine with American cheese and thin Sara Lee 5 grain bread.

Krakus ham was my grandpa?s favorite. I have it in his honor periodically. I knew he loved me because he shared his ham. Ham cat must feel the same:-)

Matt, you have touched so many people's lives in a positive way, you should feel really good about that.

Thank you, Jim. Right place at the right time. That's it. I do get a lot happiness when I'm able to help.

My son was about 10 and eating at the kitchen counter when I heard him choking. I went to help him but he jumped up and went running towards a bathroom.

I ran after him, managed to grab him from behind and perform the Heimlich maneuver. A large piece of steak came up and he was fine. Things like that happen very quickly and can be very scary.

Glad you had such a productive day and less to worry about. I have been really putting some things off and managed to knock two things off the list yesterday. Hopefully two more today but if not they will be there when I feel like being productive again.

Great job with the list. That's really difficult to do. With my list, I just remind myself to have Grace for myself and it's all part of the process.

That's amazing you were able to be there for your son.
