Morning gang. Ahhh, the bachelor life. It took me two hours to get to sleep last night. One of the cats didn't even bother coming to bed.

My brother is taking me to the Sox-Yankees game tonight for my birthday, but it's looking like rain. Fingers crossed.

Good morning, everybody!

I cut open the top of my right index finger on a can. It's starting to heal, but I had a bandage on it for a few days. That made it difficult to type or use the scan on my computer.

I saw my older son this morning at about 6:45. He said "Dad, do you think that you will want me to pick you up at the train this afternoon?" And I'm thinking that I actually would like him to drop me off at the train this morning. But I suspect that he was headed to bed after a night of video gaming. He did say that he would go food shopping, which I appreciate.

My weekend is mostly Crossfit and swimming, with a long bicycle ride on Sunday morning. I think that I will order a wetsuit next week. Between the Lake Michigan temperatures and the extra buoyancy, I think it will be well worth it.

QOTD: QJB, if you haven'****ched it already, I highly recommend Happy Valley. I think that it is 3 six episode seasons.
