This string is really making me happy! So many things y'all should be proud of! Go, menu thread friends, go! I am really proud that I am working on better habits on Wegovy, and consistently working out. It's paying off and I feel energized!

I went to a 7 am class today and then had a very productive working session with my CEO. I honestly thought today was Thursday but I'll readjust.
Eats are leftover turkey meat sauce with a few noodles, 1/4 of a leftover sub sandwich (4 meals!) and then dinner out with friends in Annapolis so, crab!

Good morning! I've been waiting for you, Wednesday! Today we go on our annual, opening day of the San Diego County Fair date. I have only two goals for today. 1) Plenty of sunscreen reapplied through out the day. 2) Not to eat too much of any one thing so I don't get uncomfortable. Other than that, steps that happen will happen. I have no exercise or food goals. We are hoping to stay late enough to watch the Rocket Man set by an Elton John cover band. And our traditional hot cinnamon roll to share on our way out. The market is up, the sun is shining, the attitudes around here are good!

Yesterday I did great with exercise, 167 minutes and 11,899 steps. In class yesterday the instructor stopped in the middle of a resistance band thing and said to me "why are your butt muscles so strong?". So that is definitely making me proud. It's hard work for me and even though I am not thrilled with the scale or my changing shape, I am definitely showing muscle definition in a lot of places and I am stronger than ever.

Bites today..

B: I'm pulling together an omelet using left over pork tenderloin and pea/parm pesto.

Lunch and dinner are TBD -- but there will be the traditional Tasty Chips when we walk into the fair and probably some barbeque meat. Also high on the list is Fried cheese stick, piece of fudge, snow cones. We'll see what is calling my name!

We were on a cruise that had an Elton John cover act. He said that after the encore of each show of Elton's Vegas residency, Elton would walk backstage, unsnap his last outfit, be handed a water, walk out the back door of the stage and hop onto a helicopter to take him back to Beverly Hills. The cover singer said that after each of his own shows, he went up to Windjammer on the 11th floor and had a snack.
