good mornin y'all!

not much happening today. My mom has to pick up a prescription from Walmart but that's all that is set in stone. I'm in a ton of pain, due to weather changes and normal crap.

Not a lot planned for the week ahead. I need to make some appointments. I also am getting some supplies this week that'll allow me to work my arse off in chainmaille. I really need to make some money. Money is very tight right now. None of my friends on FB are interested as most of them also do this craft. The others just don't seem to be interested at all. I have a wallet chain that no one is interested in that I really would like to offload lol. I am thinking of opening up my Etsy shop again for made item instead of tutorials. We'll see.

QOTD: what's your least favorite chore?

dishes. All day everyday it's dishes. We don't have a working dishwasher other than me. LOL. I hate doing them as the counter height is low and it hurts my back. Out of every 100 loads my mom maybe does 15. My hands stay rough and cracked no matter how much I tend to them.

food is a little up in the air. Breakfast was eggs and lunch will be BBQ roast on a wrap. Dinner will most likely be a very small serving of fried rice and a couple of mini vegetable sprin rolls done in the air fryer.

Good morning ~ Happy Sunday! Yesterday went nothing liked I had planned. It was so lazy w/too much wine and snacking but I did finish You Like It Darker - so good! Today will be better, mostly because I have so much to get done. The plan was to golf today, not really feeling that plus kiddo is coming over later too. I will clean, do laundry, walk, not drink, eat right, cook and start a new book - all the things.

QOTD - Emptying the dishwasher. I'll do dishes by hand 24/7 to avoid that chore. A close second is mopping followed by shower/tub cleaning. The rest is fairly easy peasy.

Accountability - None. I had only 6 active minutes and 4,368 steps. 177.6 this am. Today will be better.

B- coffee x 2, protein shake, zero tortillas toasted w/light cream cheese and EBB

l - ham and turkey on keto protein bread

d- pot roast w/potatoes and carrots

s- nectarine

Good morning!

Yesterday's show was really fun and dinner was great. Under the accountability category I'm checking big fail. I did great on movement and steps. 62 minutes of exercise, 13,198 steps. But dinner was mostly wine and a lot of it. Today I have to go to Target and then we have a dinner date with friends. SO glad I offered to DD. I need to stay out of the wine for a while.

QoTD: vacuuming and mopping. And in fact, I do neither. Rog does them for us. Thank goodness.

Bites today..

L: I see a couple leftover lobster raviolis in the fridge. Maybe that

D: TBD, but it's a fish forward place so I'll have good choices available. If I only I actually make one!

Mornin' All!

it's a beautiful day but too windy to bike. It may die down by around 4:00 pm, so we can go biking then. Or else just walk if we want to get out earlier. Nothing else really going on other than I should spend an hour cleaning/purging/etc since I haven't done it in a while.

QOTD: I pretty much hate all household chores, so luckily I have a spouse who doesn't mind them (although I do do them at least some of the time so he's not stuck with them all)

coffee with half & half

skyr with mango puree mixed in and topped with blueberries, rye crumpet with butter and jam

protein shake

salad with diced chicken, a diced peach, and low-cal sesame ginger dressing

Greek yogurt

I'm thinking of making dal for dinner
