One of the ladies at my complex is 89 and most of the time gets around like a teenager. She teaches swimming and water aerobics at the club close to us and I am going to ask her about a trainer.

lol on the pun but also such a shame that we destroyed the natural beauty and desecrated sacred ground.

I kept starring at the picture looking for some hidden message and did not even get the pun until you pointed it out.

Good Morning! Everyone else happy it?s Fri-Yay? For the weekend all we have planned is having lunch with Emily and Kobe tomorrow and typical errands. I?m sure there will be couch/nap time. I do need to make time to return the new running shoes and inserts I bought last month. As I?m going through the process with PT my gait will most likely change so it?ll be good to get new ones based on that. I hope to not need inserts either.

QOTD: Nope, the last time we had anything it was to a small amusement park we went to when Em was young, it?s called Gilroy Gardens.

TSS: 9 years 9 months

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, light and fit yogurt and some fruit

S: Protein puffs, a piece of fruit and yogurt

D: TBD

ES: yogurt

E: just at home PT

V/W: On track

Totals: TBD

Have a great day!

Gilroy Gardens....does that mean you are near the Gilroy Garlic Festival? I would love to go to that someday!

My BFF and I stumbled across that festival ages ago when we were driving through CA one summer on a road trip. I mostly remember it as a gathering of every single California Hippie you?d ever imagined.

When you come here I'll take you. I'm about 45 minutes from Gilroy.
It's not as big as it used to be before Covid but it's OK.

We are about 2 hours away from Gilroy but have never been to the festival. Come to think of it they actually don't have the festival in Gilroy anymore. It moved to another city after Covid, Los Banos
