Good Morning! The good news is that it's already hump day. Yay! The bad news is that ^^that guy is exactly how I'm feeling. I am sooo tired. I don't have any time off this upcoming weekend and I just can't imagine HOW I am going to make it another 10 days before I can collapse. Today is a busy high-profile one, too. I think adrenaline is going to have to get me through it!

Also, I had a dream that I had not looked at the scale in a while and when I did, I found out that I was 1,000lbs! Ahh. I had to check this morning and thankfully I am not 1,000lbs but it might as well be because I have no idea how to get it off anymore :(

QOTD: How's the weather where you are? Is the season acting normally? The news keeps showing so many parts of the country looking like they are under attack from Mother Nature, so I hope no one here is dealing with anything dramatic. We're fine here--our biggest complaint is that we only had one day between having the heat on to having the AC on, but other than that and a little more rain than I prefer, it's been quiet.

Accountability: When I went to pack my lunch I remembered about a few things I wanted to have before they went bad, so I swapped out some stuff but it was all on track.

No idea how I am going to have time for eating today because I do not have even a minute between meetings until 3pm so I will plan on discreetly eating a protein bar I guess.

  • protein half-caf
  • eggs and toast
  • power crunch protein bar
  • chicken taco
  • High Weight before LapBand: 200 (2008)
  • High Weight before RNY: 160 (2015)
  • Lowest post-op weight: 110 (2016)
  • Maintenance Weight: 120 (2017-2019)
  • Battling Regain Weight: 135 (current)

Good mornin y'all!

We have the kids today until 3ish. Other than that nothing is really planned for the day. Yesterday was a bit rough. The counselor didn't accept any insurance so that was a no go. I got a bill from my dentist. That one pissed me off greatly. AND I found out my medical data was breached AGAIN. Fun times. I also am having issues with extreme pain and being very angry over it. I did start my new pain med so hopefully it'll help in the long run.

QOTD: it's choppy. Not even 50 miles from here some place had baseball sized hail. We lucked out and just got lightning and rain. We have a chance for rest of this week into the weekend. It's not nearly as bad as south and north Texas.

I get paid on Friday and I am going to get some good for me groceries. I need to buckle down. I see a lot of eggs in my future. Also a lot of soups. If any of you have some tried and true recipes for soup let me know please! It's going to be a while until I can get my mouth fixed up now.

this song is now stuck in my head...iykyk. Also a bracelet I made playing around with jump rings!

Good morning and happy Wednesday! I join you with the no downtime and crazy busy days, a few of the days will be for fun but most of it is work and not fun.

So much to get done, so today I bit the bullet and got up at 230 so I could get some things done before work so I'm feeling good about that. Back to back meetings from 6 to 3:15 and then my trainer at 4:00 and I look forward to that, I also need to get some laundry done and folded today too. I have my elliptical done for today too. Yesterday was 48 active minutes but only 5K steps so a bit disappointing.

QOTD - normal, which means chaotic spring weather.

menu today is

coffee plus half and half X3

greek yogurt

deli chicken with cheese

RGF orange chicken

frozen l&f

have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!

I noticed yesterday and today that my ifit/treadmill time runs slower than my iwatch! Like 4 minutes slower for every 30 which is sometimes torture at the end of a workout!! Have you noticed this?

I have not noticed that...I do know they did an upgrade a while ago and if it buffers and you keep moving, you get that time plus whatever the screen time is

2:30 is considered middle of the night!
what time do you go to bed to be able to actually function all day long? Although I know you don't need much sleep, you are one of those super humans.
