Good morning ~ Happy Wednesday - the week is really moving - great! Yesterday was pretty busy and my staff - have I mentioned how much I adore them? They are so supportive, no drama or passive aggressive bull**** - it's a dream I tell you. When I dream of leaving this job and moving to Mexico on a whim, I think of them and feel I would be abandoning them, haha. Today I have two meetings I still need to prep for and then I'm taking the rest of the day to organized and prioritize all the things.

QOTD - I like fake cherry and grape flavors the best. Popsicles, gum/candy, water flavors. Tart and sour like jolly rancher/sweet tart type flavors over just sweet.

Accountability - Perfect. 178.6! 6370 steps yesterday. On work days at least, I struggle to have (make?) time to get those steps in without sacrificing something or running out of time. I used to take a lunch many moons ago, now i just eat at my desk. I will continue to find ways to make it happen. I did a random 30 minutes aerobic type video this morning - it was so horrible!! BUT, I finished it and that is the important part. I will find better ones to save for future workouts.

B- coffee w/half and half, protein cereal and yogurt w/fruit

l - ham and cheese sandwich on protein bread

d- leftovers - probably a taco salad

s- apple and peanut butter

Netflix partnered with Nike and that have some great series of different types and levels. Also, ifit has started more off the equipment programs some of which are very good.

Nice! I will check out Netflix - thanks! I used the living room this morning so I could hear better. My workout room with the Vault/iFit for these type of workouts is right next to my sleeping husband. I just realized I can pair my earbud, duh.... I love all my options!!

IFit added closed captioning a few years ago and I appreciated that too.

Yep, I use closed captioning too! I started using it years ago because I watch so many British shows and then it just became second nature

Oh that's true! I use mine when I do ifit in the hotel gym but didn't think about at home.

Good Morning! Sounds like a great day yesterday. I don't like to complain unless I have an idea for a solution but geez this site was bad yesterday and it took about 10 minutes this morning to allow me to be able to see anything (I was getting either the site is offline or a gateway error) so I hope this post goes through. I have a few meetings today and one I need to schedule so it should be another quick day.

QOTD: I do like cherry and when I would eat them I liked the banana runts and laffy taffy so I guess banana too!

Mornin' All!

it should be perfect bike-riding weather today (70-ish, no wind, no rain). I want to head out as soon as possible since a package is going to be delivered sometime today, but I need to wait an hour or two since it's still a *****illy out there. Although I suppose I could wear a sweatshirt and take a backpack along to stuff it into once it warms up. Not too much else going on here today other than I want to finish cleaning the master bedroom and bathroom.

QOTD: citrus flavors in general are fine. One flavor that I absolutely despise is fake banana.

plain skyr with fruit, rye crumpet with butter and cloudberry preserves

protein shake

the last piece of cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with strawberries

hummus and baby carrots and/or Ratio lime yogurt with raspberries

Good morning, everybody!

Today is our last full day of vacation. We leave for the airport at about 7:30 AM tomorrow. Yesterday, we had a good day. We toured this stately home in Highland Ranch and went to Torchy's for lunch.

Today, I have a phone call at 2:00 and we want to let our sons have some time together, so we may just hang out. We are also going to try and finish up some of our leftovers since we have to pack up.

QOTD: I think orange.

Breakfast: omelette

Lunch: meatloaf

Dinner: tbd

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,

I have not posted because it has been taking way too long to log in and I been busy here at work. It is all good. Jim saw a bobcat. Yikes! And the Knockouts got Knocked out by the Wild Things last night. Oh My. Glad you left early. and Jen got to see the Northern Lights. I didn't know it was happening and I missed it, but it was a spectacle in my neighborhood. So many posts glorious pictures. I followed some guy on TicTok for Saturday and Sunday, but I still have not seen them. If I don't see them by Saturday morning I'm screwed because they will not be hitting CR anytime soon.

So, I accidently left the freezer door open for 10 hours Monday night a woke up to a melted mess. I shut the door and refroze everything. I am so glad My CR food was in another freezer. Would you eat the freezer food? It was all about refrigerator temp when I shut the door. The cover is off the pool, and I need to get it up and running before I leave. Can you tell I need this time away. I don't even want to get into the anticks my mom is giving me grief over.

QOTD: Oh, Grape and banana for me. Strawberry and watermelon for ****tails.
