It's raining, it's pouring, the old man is snoring. Dreary, cloudy, and rainy here. I won't melt so it will be a good day.

It's almost Friday... At least that's what I'm telling I'll l I'm consolidating my stuff.

Good morning. Things seem a little less glitchy today on here. That's a nice start to my day.

Brown dog (like me) does not have a thyroid issue. He has an elevated heart enzyme, but that could have been due to stress/anxiety from being at the vets. We shall continue antibiotics and special baths for two weeks and then re-evaluate. Sorry Brown dog, I feel ya on inheriting the fat dog genes.

I managed to pull myself together after a couple hours of recovery yesterday morning and get cleaned up presentably. I needed just one thing I was running low on, and I went to the Target mall and made myself walk the entire mall before I went into Target. Still need to run in place/jog around the house, but I went to bed with 10,084 steps. My menu was excellent, but I wolfed down 130 cals worth of candy. Today's goal is to repeat minus the candy. I'm off to two workout classes back to back, one easy, one not and then I'll see what the day brings. If the weather is as nice as yesterday, it will be nice to get out and take another walk.

QoTD: I need for nothing. I am trying to carve out a work space so I don't have to put every little thing away every time I feel the urge to work on something. Plans are evolving. Still up in the air.

Bites today

B: 1 egg, carnitas meat

L: fish taco. Had some frozen that I defrosted for yesterday and it was 8 ounces. Too much. But so yummy I'm looking forward to the repeat today.

D: Pork chop, broccoli, cauliflower

QOTD- Replace 4 windows is the first thing. Replace the vinyl in the entry, kitchen & dining room. Remove the 2 metal sheds and replace them with a shop that's 10' x20' either that or when my roommate moves out I can use half of the garage for a shop, which would be a lot cheaper.

I found out that my eye problem is actually allergies, it is so painful and annoying. The solution is an OTC antihistamine eye drops. It feels a little better today, but it made me so sleepy I half-watched 6 episodes of Dr Who last night. I have no idea what happened. I gotta say I'm not totally in love with Dr Who, I can't wait to get to the David Tenant shows.

I'm hoping to get my veggies planted today, I may not wait for my roommate to rototill and just put the stuff in the ground.
