Beautiful pictures. I still needs to get to Red Rocks. It's on the list along with the Gorge, Hollywood Bowl, and Jazz Fest.

You have to stay up on the schedule, it's a pretty small venue and tickets move fast. Get on their mailing list and you get first visibility and don't have to go the resale route. Resale prices get stupid fast.

Such a beautiful venue. DH suggest going to see his favorite Christian band. I think they will be there this summer. I don't see it happening since he is afraid, he will be in too much pain when he flies.

Flying can be uncomfortable when you don't have mobility issues, I imagine it's worse when you do.

I was in Colorado this time last year and there was a lot of snow. It was my first time seeing the Red Rocks and they are so beautiful.

Lots of snow here still, including some that might be at my house this evening. I love Colorado in the spring:-). Did you get to Red Rocks State Park when you were on your train trip?

Some of the people on the train were going to the Red Rocks park. I had planned everything down to the hour. Because we were both 75 did not want to get off schedule and get stuck somewhere with no transportation. Those small towns did not have Lyft or Uber and I had to make transportation arrangements with different companies. I said we were both to old to rent a car and drive on roads we were not familiar with. My friend was really tired and we ended up going to our room and never made it to the hot springs spa.
