You are so fortunate you stocked up on bumper stickers! If you hadn't, I would never have met you and that would be sad.

Good morning! Yesterday was a great work out day. I found a new method of trying to off myself. We had to do planks, in the pool, using foam dumbbells forced in the water as a base for my hands, toes on the bottom, and abs of steel to keep yourself in that position. One of many of the aqua fit exercises yesterday. She was no joke and I'm feeling it all over today. I also hit the treadmill and the weight circuit training station. After a night of awful sleep, I was exhausted and needed fuel. I kept my food in line, but I did add an extra snack before bedtime. My brain was screaming for food and I compromised with it by having some cottage cheese. Overall, a really good day for me.

Today, Brown dog has a vet appt to get blood drawn and I need to get a few groceries. I went to two stores yesterday, but I was just post lunch and so wiped out, I wandered around one and bought nothing and at the second one I bought like 4 things. That's not going to get us through the weekend, let alone the week and Roger is going to be sad at our current options. I will also try to get in a walk.

QoTD: I aim for 10K, but mostly fall short. Yesterday was a big day at 15K, and my phone says my average is just over 6,900 a day. I can always use a goal to strive for, so I'm in on the group step count. But I am going to keep in my mind that right now my priority is rebuilding strength so as long as I'm doing something I will not feel like I have failed if I don't hit 10K. As Amy says, balance.

Bites today

B: Egg, cottage cheese and bacon bake

L: TBD -- depends on how long the vet appt is

D: Yesterday I punted to leftovers for dinner, so tonight I need to make stuffed bell peppers since I need to use up the ingredients. I'm trying a mix of lean ground beef and black lentils. Garlic bread for Roger.

Peace Everybody.

QOTD- I haven't been wearing my Fitbit but I put it on after reading this. I too will try to up my steps. Today is supposed to be 80 so I'm going to the nature park for those steps.

My roommate is still looking for work, I hope he gets something soon. I can't afford to keep subsidizing him, not complaining as he was there when I needed a place to stay.

My mind has been wandering today, bringing up random unrelated memories. I need to focus and get to work.

Have a great day everyone!

I never put it on my car, but I had a bumper sticker that said "Honk all you want, I am deaf". I ended up putting in Christmas exchange for gag gifts.
