Good Morning! I hope you feel better today and that your meeting goes well. I have a full day of meetings and projects today and it seems everyone needs something between today and tomorrow before I'm off for a long weekend.
QOTD: I haven't tried but don't think with my ankle acting up it's good to try right now but it's going to be a goal.

Good morning ~ Happy to hear the gerd is better. I hope the half caf does it's job for you today. I had a lovely drive yesterday listening to my book and then anxiety after I got here. The first night is always rough w/no sleep to speak of... why is that? I forgot to pick up some half and half so just 2 measly creamer tubs of coffee mate right now, such sad coffee. I'm looking forward to this conference. Last year it was all Greek to me, so this year should be good and actually informative. There is a ****tail social tonight, but I want to see how the day goes before I decide. Either way, no ****tails for me.
QOTD - I had to get down and try it just now without arms! Thankfully, I can do that fairly easily. I watched a show last night called Quarter Ton Teens - trigger warning! Holy hell that was rough but I'm so glad I watched. I watched the Amber and Emily episode. Just wow.
Accountability - All the protein snacks I packed from the stoc****ep at home were pretty much all expired and gross - or maybe just gross? I have a huge stash, but never eat them and I have no idea how long I've had them. Some from before my revision a year ago. I ate Jack in the Box tacos for dinner. I had better choices, but that is what I got. For the rest of the week I will make better choices.

When it comes to Caffeine a girl gotta do what a girl gotta do. I was wrong on my vacation countdown I am down to 11 days. I have all the food made I want to take and there is a laundry there so I will take minimal amount of clothes. I think I mentioned more than once I do not take makeup on vacation. I usually let the sun to give me color and use my moisturizers. Now I just need to scale it down to 40lbs and I'll be all set.
QOTD: Most days I can. We do an exercise at the gym where you go to your knees and get back up so from flat if I can get to my knees, I am good.
Accountability: 3 Moose farts. These will be my evening snac****il they are gone. I can make these healthy if I leave out the Sweetened condensed milk and use protein powder instead of cocoa powder. I'll mix a batch up when these are gone.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
