I think it's great how active you two are and you will be far better off with time. I like this angle of being active so much better than exercise being just weight loss/maintenance work. It's your life! I want to feel as good as I can for as long as I can. This isn't news to me, it just hit so close to home talking to my sister the other day. I don't want to feel that helpless so young.

Good morning, everybody!
I was feeling bit sheepish Friday evening, because after my post on Friday, I ended up not going to the gym. I was tired and overfull from dinner and then my son called, so I just took a rest day. I did go back and do the workout on Saturday. My goal was to do 6 burpee box jumps every minute. I believe that would have given me a score of about 16:40. I was able to keep that up for about 8 minutes, I think but then just started doing 6 between rests, regardless of the time. I had a pepper round and got in 10 before resting and when I got to three rounds of 6 left I did a double round. At the end of the day, I got the 100 in 18:24. Pretty sweaty after that.
Other than that, the weekend was way too short: purchased a new pair of running shoes (but didn't try them out yet - it's been rainy), sat out on our screen porch when Marilyn came home from tennis Saturday, brunch with my sisters yesterday.
Usually Monday is a rest day, but we are doing Murph prep on Mondays' up until Memorial Day, so I think that I will attend that.
QOTD: I don't think that any of the domestic airlines are enjoyable to fly on. I have miles and airport club with American, which is what I usually fly for work. For recreational travel we usually go Southwest.
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Catered
Dinner: Hamburger
Have a great day, all!

Good Morning! Wow how is the weekend gone already? We did get our chairs ordered for the game room and I got new running shoes plus normal weekend errands so no complaints. This week should be a pretty typical work week with the team starting payroll Wednesday.
QOTD: I don't fly too often so not really an opinion.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Glad you had a productive weekend, and the cookie business is treating you well. No mention of the gerd so I am guessing it is under control. Glad you got that under your belt.
The weekend went well for us too. The wedding was very nice, and it was fun to get away even if it was only for a night. We did find out that Rudy is not fond of elevators. This is the third barn wedding we have been to in a row. I don't like them as much as a banquet hall. Yes, it is pretty but running up and down steps for the restroom and heels sinking in the mud for the ceremony is not my cup of tea. I got my Sidney Sweeny fix this weekend. Friday, I found her Bai on sale for $6.99 and I watched Anybody but you on Netflix yesterday. It is cute movie.
QOTD: I only choose my flights by price I am not particular. I no longer even care where I sit as long as I get there. Lately it is either Southwest going to the West Coast, and I do Spirit going to Costa Rica.
Accountability: A few ****tails and lots of cookies from the wedding. Their cookie table was huge.

I find Southwest and Spirit good options when flying from Cleveland or Pittsburgh. I am with you on no longer liking weddings where you sink into the mud. I was at one a few years ago and stopped between the wedding and reception at a shoe store and bought new shoes.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I had a pair of Ballet slip ons in my purse. I forgot zip lock bags to take the rest of my dinner home (the Polish girl in me was so disappointed) but I did bring the flats.
