Good mornin y'all!

Not just a whole lot happening today that I know of. My mouth is sorer today in ways and better in other areas. I'm pretty bruised from the front teeth being removed and the bone being filed. You'd be surprised but how much you use that area just in talking alone...LOL. Still oozes a bit but on the path to healing no doubt. Just at the annoyance stage of it along with pain. Deadly combo... At least the stitches dissolve on their own, the dentist was happy with how I looked and commented that I had a difficult mouth...if he only knew.

We have a chance for a frost this weekend...34°. I'm over the cold but it's not done with us. Back up into the 80's next week!

QOTD: Colorado is my number one of what I've visited. I want to visit Maine so much. My best friend from HS lives in Biddeford. I'd like to visit her and see the actual ocean. Estes Park, CO is my favorite place in the US to be specific. Gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It's so beautiful! Second is Wyoming then New Mexico.

It seems it's mostly eggs for me until I can chew food. I am allowing oatmeal once a day, about a third of a cup dry. I have puddin and broth. I got a butternut squash soup. I try to tell myself I'll like jello but I never do. It's still sitting in the fridge barely touched.

sharing this meme again because it was me this morning except with trying to get some more sleep then the wretching.

Good morning, everybody!

Happy Fri-Yay!.

When we used to go river rafting in Maine, some of the state is so remote, that the towns don't have names, just letters and numbers on a grid. I remember driving into T2 R8.

It's going to be kind of a quiet weekend. I'm going into the office today and Crossfit tonight. I told one of the guys at Crossfit that I would bring in my bamboo fly rod to show him, so I will do that tonight. Tomorrow is Crossfit in the morning and we are going to Morton's to use a coupon tomorrow night. Sunday is pretty open, maybe I will go fishing. And there are a few chores, most of which can be done online. Plus my normal hunt for Costa Rica Clementine flavored Bai water. Starting the first weekend in May, I am pretty busy for awhile, so a couple of low key weekends will be great.

Photo Friday - April birthdays, featuring the cotton candy.

QOTD: I love the beaches and mountains and vineyards, so there is really too much for me to choose, but I will say Alaska, even though I wouldn't live there because of the winter weather.

Breakfast: Fritatta

Lunch: Hot Dog

Dinner: Chicken

Have Great day, all!

T2R8 is beautiful in the Fall. And that still close to civilization. T2 is pretty far south. The grid goes up to T14 I think, way up north.

Speaking of bamboo rod making, Lie Nielsen just made their grooved scraper and plane for rod makers. They haven't made a run of those for quite a few years. In case you know someone who could be interested: https://www.lie-nielsen.com/nodes/4225/toms-toolbox

You can see the groove machined in those planes in this video. the video is kind of at the bottom of the page. And they definitely bring the propane torches outside of the building for the classes.

Ok I see the Costa Rica Clemintine on Walmart.com. I think it is $22 for 12 18oz bottles. They do not have it in a 6 pack on the shelf, but I got the Brazilian Blueberry off the shelf yesterday. The Costa Rica Clemintine is only in the cooler when you check out and I think I paid $1.97 for it. Hope this helps. I saw the Sweeny one but did not try it yet is it good?

I thought it was pretty good. We used to get Costa Rica Clementine delivered from Walmart but Marilyn was feeling bad for the mailman's back. I might stop by this weekend and pick up some.

Good morning ~ Sorry you had such a rough day and night. We are right eye twitch twins! I've had mine for about a week now, it just keeps hanging on. I had a very productive day yesterday - all the things. It's friday, my short day. I have a pedi after work then errands and grocery shopping. This week went by fast. This weekend we are having my sister and BIL over Saturday that should be fun. Sunday, the kids are coming over. Tons of tacos this weekend Queso Birria and fish, my sons favorite. YUM.

QOTD - I love CA but I could live almost anywhere. I would prefer sunny year round, but could adapt with the exception winter weather driving - nope. I'm still traumatized from living in MA and having to be to work at 5am at 16/17yo in a blizzard or freezing rain.

Accountability - perfect - 177.8! Yes! Day 5 of treadmill done. Almost didn't get on today because I woke up with a headache, but by the time I was done, it was gone. I need to remember that! All in all, some very small changes to my routine made this stress-less. I see no reason not to continue this every week day.

B- coffee, yogurt, strawberries, protein granola

l - turkey kielbasa, coleslaw

d- 96/4 lean smash burger on low carb tortilla w/let/tom/onion

s - jerky and string cheese

Have a great day!
