What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,
Things just keep getting crazier in my life and I can't wait till it all calms down. Insurance would no longer pay for Nursing rehab so they sent mom home Monday. Just said come and get her. So I scrambled and got her picked up and fortunately I found a care taker to come in a couple hours a day to help her with lunch and to get her dressed. (My brother is sleeping there and she also has home health and PT coming in as well) Very cheap may I add. I am only paying her $15 an hour. I actually would love if she came in and did my shower and makeup for $15 an hour I hate doing that morning routine. But yesterday morning my mom had a virtual appointment with her PCP and when I went to log in it told me she as deceased. Do you know how hard it is to talk to someone in a doctors office. It took me over an hour to get someone on the phone to do her appointment and then they never called her meds in. So this morning same thing trying to talk to someone to get the meds. Her refrigerator is also on the blink so Ron will work on it today but that's like pulling teeth to try to get him to help out when it comes to my mom. He believes I do to much but if it isn't me, tell me who the hell will? Oh and if things couldn't get any better, we have no water in our building today, so I am drinking a cold coffee I brought from home and I have to use a port of John if I need to use the restroom and it is in the parking lot and it is pouring down rain and it not supposed to stop. Yeah me!
QOTD: Back in the 80's we used to have a Groundhog Ball every February. This was when the Superbowl was held at the end of January and no one had anything to do . It was a good reason to pull out old prom dresses it was fun.

I didn't mention but we had a pet camera for Rudy so if we were out we could see what he was doing when we first got him. We no longer need to use it because he has never disturbed anything when we are out. I took the camera over to Moms so I can see who is coming in and out and I can hear what is going on there if I turn the mic on. I very highly recommend. Give me a peace of mind.

Forget about a hard day, all that qualifies as a hard month. That's a lot and it sounds like you're staying right on top of everything. This quote seems like you.
