Good morning ~ That meme, ha - story of my life! Happy Anniversary you two! Enjoy your dinner out tonight. Yesterday, work was nice and everything went smoothly. The Wellness presentation was fab, everyone love it. Today I have meetings on meetings. All are informal but will take up most of the day. I have plenty to do otherwise but don't feel stressed or behind, which is very nice.
QOTD - I looked at one on FB and joined for a nano minute. It was really bad - misinformation, bullying and yes - scary.
Accountability - great, other than 1 1/2 glasses of wine. 184.0. This stall, like most others, is directly due to the wine creep I've allowed. I currently have no wine in the house and will not buy any more until I get to goal - at the very least. I want to finish what I started. My surgiversary is next week and my WLS center appt the same day. I did not make my goal of 175 yet, but I have made huge strides in healing my relationship with food and that means more to me than the number on the scale.

Mornin' All!
we got a lot of snow yesterday and it's still out there, so I guess I'll be staying home today. I need to keep myself busy so I don't eat out of boredom. My weight this morning was lower than last week but still not great, and I've got two meals out tomorrow and a wine tasting Friday night. So I REALLY need to watch it today. Should get much easier starting Saturday since I'll be super busy with the film festival for several days (both working and seeing movies - most at theaters on campus that don't have popcorn!).
QOTD: I'm on my clinic's Facebook page (which is OK, but mostly newbies) and I'm still on Bariatric Pal, but not very active. I like OH a million times better. BP is also mostly newbies who are freaked out about the three-week stall (I don't know why clinics don't let people know about this...) and asking if they can eat plug-in-your-favorite-crappy-food a month after surgery. I should probably just de-activate my account.
