What's on your Monday Menu?
I probably will keep my place here for a while, but do hope for zero regrets. The area where I am moving is beautiful in the summer and cold in the winter. But rarely cold enough to snow. They go to beaches in France and Spain like we go to Florida. Plane fare to other countries in Europe is very cheap, sometimes $39 a flight.

You will be in for quite an experience on that $39 flight from the UK to Ibiza.

Now that I think about it, I remember some experiences in Europe on cheap flights. Cabins were not really pressurized and my ears popped all the way. Back then everyone smoked so the airport and plane was full of cigarette smoke. I was too young to really care and just excited to be going somewhere new.

Mary - is it the yellow house on the left side of the street?

We have lots of yellow houses in our neighborhood, I like that house color.

Good morning ~ 3 for 3 plus spicy steak? NICE! From personal experience, laying around watching bad TV is incredibly restorative. I hope you have the opportunity soon. I had a nice weekend. I marked off all the 'todo' things on my list which felt very good. I watched Regime again and have falling in like. I'm enjoying Shogun very much. Today is getting ahead to accommodate some training blocks this week, should be no problem. Otherwise things are moving along.
QOTD - I do, at least now I do and it's all due to Audibles. I used to be road stressed all the time on my commute and road trips, now I'm not in the least. I actually look forward to the time, especially the long stretches.
Accountability - cracker/chip snack creep both days this weekend. I've become too lax there. I either need to make it fit in my plan or don't have any - it's that simple. Otherwise, eating on plan for meals. 185.0 today.
B- coffee, HB eggs and orange
l - ham and cheese on protein bread w/let/tom/pickle
d-last of the leftover chicken fajitas in a bowl w/cilantro/onion/tom/greek yogurt on top
s - small apple, raw cauliflower w/greek yogurt dip
Have a great day!

Good mornin y'all. It's a cane kind of day as my back is not happy.
Yesterdays concert was excellent. We got to hear Midori, who is a famous professional violinist, play an excerpt of Bach. Holy **** was she excellent! If you have a chance look her up if you like classical music. She was mentor for the youth symphony program my niece participated in. I had to leave after my niece's part but Midori played first. We had to sit up in the top balcony as it was a packed house.
Not sure what my mom has planned for the day. I would love to not have to do anything. I do need to wash the dishes after posting this.
QOTD: I do not like it at all. It really messes with my anxiety. I can if I have to but mostly I do not drive at all.
B: 1/4 cup dry oatmeal cooked and coffee
S1: eggs with sausage and cheese
L: leftover spaghetti sauce with very few noodles
S2: thinking a PP shake or pancakes
D: I'm thinking tortilla soup from the freezer

You frequently mention that you'd rather stay home than go out with your mom, does she force you into the car? Is there a reason you can't say no?I might be the odd one but if someone didn't want to run errands with me, occasionally, I'd rather they not.
