Good morning, everyone!
Early start for me today. Marilyn and my older son are flying to Boston for a few days this week, so I drove them to the airport at 6:00. Right now, I'm at Starbucks awaiting a vaccination in preparation for our trip to Asia this fall.
You guys knew that I was procrastinating 24.3. Well, it was what I thought it would be. I'm going to put it in the "not fun" category.
In 15 minutes:
5 rounds
10 thrusters 45 pounds
10 jumping chest to bar pull-ups
1 minute rest
5 rounds
7 thrusters 65 pounds
7 chin over bar pull-ups
I had 128 reps (twice through the 7/7) when time expired. I did all of the thrusters in unbroken sets until the last round, which which I did 4/3. Pull-ups were one at a time and jumping chest to bar was a mix.
For the Open, I finished about 4,000 out of 6,000 in my age group.
QOTD: big pickle fan
BreaKfast: egg sandwich
Lunch: Ravioli
Dinner: steak
Have a great day, all!
