So late to the party! But I've been very productive, if not physical, this morning. Excellent fast 2 days with friends in Paso Robles. Amy, I waved on the way by while going home. Did you see me?
Today is more to do things and also need to go see my bathroom remodel gig. It might be done by Monday or Tuesday. Love how it turned out.
QoTD: I think she probably had a hysterectomy and feels like crap. Been there and wouldn't blame her. Remember how they ragged on Meghan because she didn't want to get fancied up and present herself and baby Archie hours after his birth. She probably feels like crap and just wants to have some peace. I get that the get "paid to play" but dear Lord, get a grip.
food today
B: 1 shrimp and 1/2 crab cake
L: pepperoni and cheese
D: if we are home, ham and artichoke risotto
Pics are Paso Robles and the flier I have been working on for a week for our next big (and final) project for the Foundation.

hysterectomy makes sense. I originally thought maybe she had a tubal ligation, but people bounce back from that pretty quickly. A hysterectomy, on the other hand...that does make some sense. I don't know that it would necessarily takes months to get over that, but it does take a while - and she probably just wants to be left alone for a while. All that public attention has got to get on one's nerves.

QOTD- Who knows? So much scrutiny of the royals and famous people.
I made it out to the nature park yesterday. It was glorious, high 50's and all the little plants are starting to show their leaves. Today it's supposed to be 65 by the time I go for a walk, but by next week the rain is supposed to be back but mid-70's all weekend.
OK I have a disgusting problem. I have sugar ants that have decided the Keurig machine is the place to live. I've put ant bait out, disassembled the machine and washed all of the parts. I left it to soak for several days to discourage their return. I put it back together yesterday and had a cup of coffee. But this morning they are back, not in the same numbers but it still grosses me out. I hate ants! Any suggestions? I've put out Terro liquid bait and they have taken it, but they still won't die. I guess I'm back to my baby french press for coffee, no ants in it.
My little seeds are sprouting, it's so much fun to see them come up. It seems like it's taken forever for a few of them. If they don't come up I'll get some fresh seeds and try again. The hard part will be keeping the squirrels out once I plant them in the garden.
I want to sneak out and go to the beach but there are sneaker wave warnings through tomorrow. So I probably won't go, but it is supposed to hit 70 there today.
Have a great day everyone!

No advice on the ants, but did you see the bees swarming Alvarez's match at Indian Wells?

I have never had that but would definitely get rid of that Keurig and also see if you can see where they are coming from, maybe somewhere else on the counter or sink?

Terro used to kill them almost instantly but I think they must have become resistant to it. I use ant spray to kill them. A few years ago I started using Zevo. I have not seen any live bugs since. Their multi Insect trap is about $25 and worth it. It should get rid of your ant problem.
