The carnivore diet has been around for a while. Like you said pretty much the AMAW we had here on OH. I was kind of thinking about that the other day and it's been a few years since we did an AMAW. We should do it again.

Good Morning!

Another very productive day for me yesterday and looks the same for today. Met with my PCP to discuss all my leg pain and we are coming up with ideas. I also learned in detail exactly why we should not take NSAIDS and in a way that made total sense. Let me know if anyone wants a primer in it. Other than that, he said I am doing great. Rog needs some work. LOL. We had back to back appointments and that meant he spent one full hour with us. We touched on every subject. Did I mention I love this guy?

Today is picking up fixtures for the second bath, and putting the down payment on the granite vanity top. Oh and still trying to file our taxes. Turbotax will not let me get to the final stage. Maybe they are just real busy.

Food yesterday was really great, if you don't count the ten jelly beans.

QoTD: I really want to be good at it, but I pretty much suck and am really grateful for Sam the Yard Guy.

Foods today

B: 1 each egg, TJ's chicken sausage patty and potato patty.

L: leftover something. Really good choices in that fridge calling my name

D: Za'atar chicken with whipped feta and zucchini spirals.

S: if needed, greek yogurt with pistachio jello pudding mix sprinkled with a few fresh salty pistachios.

Almost all my photos this week are bathroom progress related or food porn shared with a friend. But we did get to celebrate the big double digits with this little punkin.

Erika is 10!

Peace Everybody. Have a great weekend.

I think I am going to need to call. It gets stuck at refund info. Took my payment and got past the direct deposit screen and then after that, just spinning circles.

Thanks for the help, Mary!
