Mornin' All!

it was so wonderful to get out and bike yesterday afternoon! Unfortunately, it's freezing today - but it'll start warming up again tomorrow, so I should have more chances to get out. I have one of my film discussion groups at 10:00 this morning and hoped to go to water aerobics beforehand, but that "new" person is teaching it again, and I'm not crazy about her. I'm starting to wonder if maybe she's going to be teaching it every Wednesday now, since I'm starting to detect a pattern. I guess I'll just go over there later on today and hop on one of the stationary bikes or something. Otherwise, nothing much going on today, so I'm hoping to get somewhat caught up with my classes.

QOTD: milk, dark, white (although this doesn't mean I hate white chocolate - in fact, I really like it in some things)

coffee with half & half

skyr with cranberry/cherry compote

more coffee (at the film group meeting)

chocolate "mousse" with rasberries

Ratio yogurt, wheat thins

bagged salad, not sure what else (for dinner) - maybe a couple of cheese sticks

this is Rudi, the locally famous pig who lives a couple of neighborhoods over from mine. The owners got in trouble for keeping him since there's a "no livestock" ordinance in the city, but there was such an uproar from neighbors and cyclists (his backyard is along one of the major bike paths) that they changed the rules and now allow pet pigs that weigh under a certain amount (the ordinances were originally written decades ago (maybe a century ago?) when people kept all kinds of livestock in the city. Miniature pigs weren't a "thing" then). Anyway, I rode by his house yesterday and stopped to see him - as did a few other cyclists who were on the path at the time. He's a much-loved attraction along the bike path.

he's adorable - and, typical of a pig, he grunts and squeals. I love him!

For many years I ate only dark chocolate because it was healthier. Then one day I ate some milk chocolate and never went back to dark. White is just something I do not enjoy at all.

I swear the people of the world are devolving instead of evolving. When we as a society have to put warnings on every single thing out there that's a problem.

Matt, when my mine is making me crazy, I type it up in a word page or email and then copy and paste. That way if OH eats it I just copy and paste again!
