Do it. If you're like most of us, you've been thinking about it for quite a while. And you've delayed it, determined to try other things first. And none of it worked, at least not for long. So, just do it. I wish I had done it sooner.

It's not the easy way out. It's hard work. But it makes success and good health possible, and puts you back in control. Having surgery is the single best thing I've ever done for my health.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
