Hopefully your dad will do better with timely meds and being home in familiar surroundings - hang in there. Congrats on the 195!

Good morning ~ I had one of those 'must sign' packages from Verizon with a $1200 phone just left at my door a few years ago - no signature. I had taken the day off from work and stayed in all day. They didn't ring the doorbell so who know how long it sat there. I hope it comes early so you can move on with your day. Yesterday, I had a great visit to Costco for glasses. I was very impressed with my service and attention to detail with the measurements and all. I bought a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses for $215.00 - I was in shock! That would have been $800+ at my eye dr. I am hopeful they are good and will not hesitate to take them back if they aren't. I'm excited to go to work today, really! I'm in such a good place for a short month, even with the extra holidays and I want to stay on top of that. So far it's looking great. Oh, my cat is doing so much better. He had lost a very small amount of weight, but nothing significant. They adjusted his thyroid and insulin meds and helped me comb out his haunch mats - I couldn't believe how easy that was (and so oddly satisfying). He looks so much better. I need to give him a good combing every day, whether he likes it or not. Add an ear cleaning and a nail trim and he is not 17 years old anymore, he is 17 years young. My sweet Bubs
QOTD - Not anymore, but I still don't have a PCP. Just the rotating PA office which is fine honestly. I'm not on any medications and have no issues right now.
Accountability- good! I ended up putting my scale outside like the poltergeist TV - it's possessed. I don't know why but after messing with it further, it had me at 196 pounds! I found my old scale in the garage and it seems better - though not in sync with my running weights of late, but I'll take 187.2 over 196 any day. I need a new scale - I don't trust these two!

He's a good looking 17 years young! Such a cutie but he doesn't look impressed! Lol

Believe it or not, this is impressed for him! He rarely takes a handsome photo. Excuse his eye junk - I didn't even notice that until now.
