we waited until right before the Super Bowl started to go to the grocery store. It was a good call. I'm sure it was a madhouse earlier.

Not been a good day but that's ok. Can't win em all and I really should be used to this kind of thing.

I'm having issues with my left eye. So I'll be calling tomorrow about being seen tomorrow. Hopefully I can be seen this week.

wr got about 4 or 5 inches of snow. It's still snowing a bit.

QOTD: I did rec tennis in high school. Other than that nothing. I was not in a single yearbook in HS. At all...even for orchestra. LOL

Very few girls were involved in team sports in the 1950's and early 1960's. My sister went around town about 1968 and signed women up for a girl's softball team and they had a great time. I never played on any type of team, just went to the boy's games.

I don't think girls' team sports were common until after Title IX was passed - 1972, I think.
