What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good Morning, Fri-yay! Cute cookies to announce your new job. We don't have much going on for the weekend but I'm ready for it. I am meeting up with a coworker/friend for lunch today so that'll be a good break in my day of meetings/projects.
QOTD: The last few weeks it has been really slow to load and sometimes I can't "like" or reply to a post unless I close down the browser and try again. It is the same if I'm at home or work so I don't think it's my connection.

Good Morning Queen JB and Meneurs,
Sorry about the knee. Hopefully you be able to get and MRI on it soon so that you can actually figure out what really needs done to heal it. I have to make this quick because I need to head out of here at 10:15 to run to the airport. I have an interview for my Global entry pass. Last time we came through Fort Lauderdale entry took an hour and a half and I don't want to wait that long again. Also, since I plan on going to Costa Rica one or 2 x a year and I figured for the extra $25 bucks it is better than TSA precheck.
QOTD: Yes, everything is slow to load, and pictures take long or do not load at all.

Mornin' Everyone!
we made a goal to finish everything over at MIL's apt this weekend, so that is what we'll be doing. I'm pretty sure we can do it as long as we don't slack off too much (although the weather looks terrific - so I plan to take a couple of long walks when we need a break!). Movers are coming next Friday to move the remaining furniture to our house. And then we'll be DONE!! (at least over there - we have several plastic bins in our basement full of stuff from her place - so I'll need to deal with that once I recharge my batteries....else it's likely to stay in those bins for God knows how long...)
QOTD: mostly it's just slow, but it's been that way for a long time. I think I did have some weird glitch two or three weeks ago, but I can't remember what exactly it was.
coffee with half &. half
Ratio yogurt with fruit
protein shake
not sure about lunch. I have to take my mother to the optometrist over the lunch hour, so she may want to go somewhere. If not, we have hummus and baby carrots (and multigrain tortilla chips) over at MIL's, so maybe that
more Ratio yogurt - or a protein bar
I have both hot & sour and celeriac soup at home, so one of those for dinner.
have a great day, everyone!
I'm sure it will be a big relief to finish at your MIL's. It's been a lot of work.

Good morning all and Happy Fri-yay,
How is it Friday again? This week flew by. I went to the gym yesterday and got that first workout out of the way. My insurance has now denied additional PT. Peer to peer appeal and lower back PT evaluation forthcoming. I definitely still need PT. However, I have a good blueprint of what to do to keep making progress if PT is exhausted.
QJB- that's a beautiful way to announce your transition.
QOTD- This OH site presents unique issues that I don't have with other websites' forums or posting process. Specifically, the processing notification which sometimes leads to the timed out landing page. It then sometimes erases my posts. Pictures take varying amounts of time with some getting stuck in loading. I'll resize the photos if that happens but it doesn't work sometimes. Then I just give up.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry Cheesecake Yogurt, tangerine. I don't know what cheesecake they're eating but this does not taste like cheesecake.
L: Shish-ka-bob and a handful of fries.
D: Salad with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, blue cheese, and vinaigrette.
Have a great weekend! Don't do anything I wouldn't do...
Pics #1 & #2 - There's gold in dem dar hills. This dingy room is responsible for the BBQ at Cozy Corner in Memphis. Those are two aquarium smokers(from Chicago) and are tanks. They crank amazing rib tips and BBQ in general. Pic with the 20 year veteran pitmaster.
