Good mornin y'all.

A lot going on today. We have to get a few groceries. My mom is in chipmunk mode. They are saying upwards of 6 inches of snow Sunday so she is wanting to make stew and cornbread. I'm just wanting to chill out, enjoy the view and work on chainmaille. We are also doing Thai food today for my birthday. I am going to get a diet cherry limeade and enjoy the heck out of it. My moms wanting to hit up the thrift store.

I have decided on the phone I'm going to get. While I'd love to get an iPhone I just can't justify spending that kind of money for my situation. I found a Samsung that's the price of an iPhone SE that has double the memory and better cameras. I'm getting it today! Weeee! We've decided we're getting rid of our land line. My current cheapy phone has a whopping 12gb of memory. As much as I love apple they've priced me out.

QOTD: yeah...mostly slow loads and timing out. Depending on my mood it usually doesn't bother me a whole lot

B: eggs, cheese, crackers and coffee x 2

L: Thai!

D: beef slider patty with cream of mushroom soup and green beans OR LEFTOVERS.

Before every snowstorm here, people clean out the grocery stores of all the eggs, bread, and milk. Some forecasters refer to a storm with a "French Toast Alert."

I have a Samsung phone. It spends less than 1 percent of the time as a phone. It's mostly a camera, web browser, media player and texter. It does a great job at those things. I think the camera might be the best on any current phone.

OK, I was going to say OH has been really slow, but that I've had no problems otherwise. Then it ate my entire post. Grrrrr.

Good morning ~ I'd love nothing better than to hang with Pooh and the gang. The cookie announcement is a nice touch and very cute. Another good day at work, could it be I like may job? Haha, I'm just overwhelmed most days. I imagine it will get better now that things I love to do are coming up. I've arranged to have our unit painted and the office furniture installers are coming to make a changes to our set up. It's going to be nice. Training is starting Tuesday, staff is happy with promotions and a new people starting. More changes to make still and it's full of possibilities. And, if I'm real, all my way... not what they did 1, 5 or 10 years ago. Short work day today a few errands after. I am looking forward to a sunny Super Bowl weekend and a break from the rain - nothing but blue skies until next weekend.

QOTD - The usual - taking a long time to refresh or post, timing out and having to return to the site. I haven't have any issues with uploading.

Accountability - great, yet 185.0 today. I have to keep remining myself that fluctuations are normal, NORMAL!! and to stop obsessing. I did 41 minutes of activity yesterday between stretching and elliptical. I have a daily 30 minute goal, but with the elliptical now want it to be 60, on weekends too. I just want to be intentionally moving for that long each day. I'm not aiming for intensity just yet - if I go too hard too soon, I know I will spook myself back to nothing. Today, I want to go to the gym for weights since it's the best day timewise, so I will pack my bag and reward myself with a hydro massage, maybe two.

B- coffee x 3, cottage cheese

l - buffalo chicken and pickles

d - low carb breakfast burrito in the air fryer - I'm obsessed.

s- melon mix, tomatoes

Have a wonderful weekend!

I'm glad things are going so well at work, you've put in a ton of effort and patience.

Good morning, everybody!

Happy Fri-Yay! Still sick. I have a pretty busy day at work and would like to go to the gym tonight, even if in a diminished capacity. I guess I will see how I feel when I get home. Definitely watching True Detective as well.

OK, this is the rundown for the weekend:

Arrive las Vegas at 11:25 Saturday

Lunch at about 12:15

Free time 1:00 - 3:30

Dinner at Nobu 4:45

U2 at 8:00

Brunch at Giada 10:30

Depart home at 2:40

I'm not sure what we will do during the free block. If there is a Super Bowl Fan experience maybe we will go to that. Otherwise I'm sure that we will find something to do or make a contribution to the casino. Nobu on Super Bowl weekend would be a prime time to see celebrities except that it is at 4:45 PM. Maybe we will see the remaining Golden Girls or something.

I also need to pick up a book for the plane ride, I think that I saw a new Letty Davenport paperback at Walgreens, so maybe I will get that tonight. I have an unread paleo diet reference book, but can't see myself reading that on the way to Vegas.

QOTD: Same as Em. The changing of the writing was disturbing. For a bit I was afraid that I was in Night Country.

Breakfast: Protein Bar

Lunch: Sandwich

Dinner: Kielbasa and Pierogies

Have a great day. all!
