Good morning ~ I hope you are able to get the gerd under control soon. I remember how it rough it's been for you. Yesterday was a good work day, they happen sometimes - just smooth, productive and lots of laughs. Today is not going to be like that. I have back to back meetings and my boss is back from vacation. There is a ton of business to catch up on with her and I will need to remember to breathe today. Thank you for all the eyewear recommendations yesterday! I started to 'try-on' and got overwhelmed with choices! I will delve in further this weekend. I don't need new glasses, but I'm ready for a new look!
QOTD - Oh, I've had this conversation so many times! It changes every time too. Right now, I'd have fried shredded beef tacos, a HUGE Margarita and an Friendly's watermelon ice cream cone smashed with tons of chocolate jimmies.
Accountability - great, 183.6 this am!! I cannot believe how amazing that fried taco was. I almost got a soft taco and ate the insides, but I wanted the fried taco and I don't regret a thing. I've been floating on that taco dream ever since. Not a lot of activity yesterday but very busy - today too. I've done nothing so far and I'm not sure if I will other than the under desk elliptical.
b- coffee x 3, L&F yogurt, protein cereal, mixed berries
l - ham and cheese on keto bread w/lettuce and tomatoes
d - chicken, broccoli and cauliflower alfredo
s- none

Have a great day!

Good morning all and Happy Humpty Day,
Hey look, Tupac's an actor!
It's a good day to be alive. Everyday is a good day to be alive.
I want to get a dog but need to do it the proper way due to my horrid landlord. I'm having issues finding the checklist that HUD told me that Chicago Fair Housing provides. I'm turning my attention to getting an assistance dog after I saw the cost of a service dog. Grants are available but wait-lists are months/years of they're even open.
QOTD- This is actually the hardest QOTD in a while. I'm not going to overthink it and go with Mr. B's. BBQ shrimp and a crawfish boil with fixins.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Creme Brulee yogurt, tangerine.
L: chicken w sugar free BBQ sauce.
D: Carnitas Taco.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
