What's on your Tuesday Menu?
you probably didn't see my reply to Mary. I don't necessarily want to share a room with anyone - I'm fine with or without a roommate. The reason why I was asking if anyone else was planning to go is because it's more fun when you know people there - you can hang out with them, go to dinner with them, etc. If I was there alone, I'd probably hang out in my room when there were no conference sessions. Not as much fun!

I was in a ****ty mood yesterday. The topper was a doctor's appointment. The new local health conglomerate, Endeavor Health, wanted me to sign a consent that said they could do, 'anything reasonable for any reason.' I asked for clarification and they couldn't provide it. I didn't feel comfortable signing something so broad and couldn't see my doctor as a result. I last signed a 10 year consent in November but they 'can't' use that anymore. It was very frustrating. I've been with the group for 30+ years and nd I may now have to change my medical care team.
New day, new 'tude.

Healthcare sucks so bad in this country. And it keeps getting worse. If they would let the doctors and nurses do their jobs instead of allowing the insurance companies dictate our care, we may actually get taken care of. Oh, I am so angry for you Matt.

How awesome you were able to make it to truck day. I saw on the news this morning the Pirates are leaving today with their equipment. I guess people here go to send them off as well, but I never heard of it before. I am in Hands Down in agreement. If your going to go why not be glitter lady. I am glad others stepped up in her honor.
I know you are not going to believe me because I post this every other week lately, but I got very sad news yesterday. My God Daughter texted me at 3:15 yesterday that they found her mom passed away on her couch yesterday. This was my best friend in Highschool. Can't say I had a good evening last night. I am a bit devastated.
QOTD: I think it is called Op Art when you look at it and it looks abstract but once you stare at it you can see the 3D image pop out.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use MiraLAX and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
